A cheerful student in a strict institution.

I choose this course because it is trend, and placements are more. Yeah our curriculum is relevent to current trends in the software field. No need of unessecery subjects that are not part of my job like ES,UHV etc these need to improve. the exam timings are ok.

The companies that will provide internship to students in our college are google, microsoft, amazon, visa and adobe with high stipend. These companies mostly focus on projects and student communication skills.

We get good amount of campus placements, from seventh semester onwards elligible for campus placements, some of companies that come to our college are tcs, visa, google, amazon, microsoft, adobe, goldmen sachs etc, infosys, wipro, capegimini etc. Highest package is 49 lakhs . average package is like 4 lakhs. 400/500 students get placed. my Plans are getting a job on campus.

My academic or tuition fee is 77,000 as i am convenor non jvd student . My admission fee was like 12,000. My Hostel fee is 1,09,000. Management student pays 2,31,00 which is three times the normal fee.

In my college they celebrate holi, krishnashtami, diwali, christmas, sankranthi and other festivals as well. Events like technova, new year fest, freshers happens. good accessability of subject books in library but our library is old. there is a projector in our class, free wifi, ac's are provided. there is basketball team ,kho kho team, squash court , tennis court, badminton court , cricket team are offered. yeah students runs clubs like gdg, tech xtreme club , pyscology club, sports club and many more

there is attached washroom, there are 2 bedded, 3 bedded, 4 bedded , and 5 bedded rooms in my hostel, they provide dusk, bed and cupboard. our food is good comapred to other colleges . menu is like 2 types of breakfast daily with milk and tea. for lunch rice , sambar/rasam/etc , curd, curry, chutney/pickle , like differnt pappads, and one fry item. for dinner chapathi/ parota, same as lunch and sweet/fruit, sometimes icecream.

I kept Shastra college in Thanjavur as my second choice i got a confirmation letter but i didnot chose it as it is a bhramin college where they dont allow non veg and strict rule with duppatas and also long distance from my house. cse cutoff in our college is below 6000 when i entered.

The faculty to student ratio is good and faculty are friendly with students . I like Sudha mam and Venkata Ramana Sir as they teach very well. I dont like K.Ganesh Sir as he always tries to reduce students marks. we have two mids for a semester and we have two semesters for a year. Exams are nor easy nor difficult. On an average in my class 2 0r 3 Students fail for 71 members. Yeah relevent to the current technical trend.

There is a gym, cafeterias, a library. Hostel timing-no roming in campus after 11:00pm. Campus timings are 8 am to 4:30 pm. Hangout Zone, Garden, Cafe, Moon Spoon, musical steps, open audi, roof top etc.
