Good for localites, Needs improvements in placements

Positive: Open environment, no ragging, learning atmosphere, great library, good infrastructure. Negative: Internships and placements are low. Quality of teaching is something they still need to work on.

It needs improvement as the ratio of Theory:Practical is 80:20, which is highly unstable. They need to include more practical subjects. Also they should focus on new programs like AI, machine learning in the curriculam.

No, college directly doesn't provide any kind of internship. But it is mandatory for every student to take 2 industrial trainings during degree period. Students need to find the company by themselves.

Placements are average. Many mass recruitment companies come like TCS, Wipro. Also some product based companies are there named AppPerfect in computer branch. No Tier 1 companies come for campus placement. Agriculture and Mining branch have highest placements with best packages.

fee structure is feasible. Not very less but pretty low as compared to other collegescin the city. Some are govt based seat, they have too low fees. Per semester fees costs around 30-35k. Additional 1000 is taken for examination fees.

No loan facility is there as far as i know. They provide scholarships to agriculture students. For others, toppers in every batch get some amount annually. Some monetary awards are also given for extra ordinary performance.

Lots of extra curricular activities. Many competitions are organised. tech Fest, university fest, sports events, various workshops, monthly magzine of college where students and faculties can write about anything in college or outside. Many research events in agriculture branch.

Hostels are newly built and so good to live at. Basic facilities are fine there. Food is of average quality. Sometimes they provide special food as well. Overall, average infrastructure like bed in rooms, Sturdy table, washrooms are fine

College organises alumni meet every year though very less alumnus come for it. However interaction with Seniors is pretty nice. Many keep in contact and so help in placements as well as internships. Most of alumnus are connected by some or other way to college to help juniors and provide constructive feedback to college.

Semester System is followed. Every semester, there is a mid term of 20 marks. In final exam, there is theory and practical both. At the end of 4th and 6th Sem, industrial training of 100 marks are conducted.In final Sem, Project and Seminar are also part of Exam.

I got in through RPET. Its Rajasthan level engineering test. Once RPET results are out, you need to fill counselling form. And according your score in RPET, you get college and branch. After 2017, RPET is discontinued, now admissions occurs as per JEE Mains Score.

Some departments have too less permanent faculties. Guest faculties are not very knowledgable. Except few teachers, no one is interested in teaching as their pay scale is not up to the mark. There is no strict rules to complete the course.
