Likes
- College is situated in a peaceful area, so you will not go through any traffic noise or any other disturbance
- Library is a gem , I loved the peaceful vibe of library, in my free time I always spend time there
- Infrastructure is good in classroom but ac works only in few classes
Dislikes
- There is no placement in college , we have to be independent
- You have to travel for finding a good spot for eating fast food
- There is no cultural activities in college , they never organise good events , management is too stingy
Course Curriculum Overview
Currently what a job require and what we are being taught in the college, totally different. We have to study separately for preparing job because in our course curriculum, importance skills aren't taught and the frequency of exam throughout the year is too much. We don't get enough time for preparing jobs. We need less frequency of exams throughout the year so that we can prepare for a job.
Fees and Financial Aid
My yearly fees was 1,15,000 & I didn't get any scholarship or financial aid . Few of my friends got scholarship benefits from Delhi government, so if anyone is from delhi & having financial issue they can avail scholarship from Delhi government
Campus Life
in my four year journey. I had zero experience in cultural events because there was nothing good organised in the college. We students had to request the faculty to organise fest in our last year. Our farewell wasn't organised by the college students of fourth year, collected money and organised by ourselves, so you can imagine how poor our management was. and the social groups weren't too active. They were only active on WhatsApp groups.
Admission
I got admission into this college because I failed in the JEE exam and I was left with no other option than this college and the procedure for getting admission into this college was easy. I had to go early for document verification and the rest of the things online and I got the admission. It was pretty easy. You don't need a very high rank for getting admission into this college. This is a third tier college
Faculty
Few teachers are good. They take care of students, but few teachers are Biased towards students , and few teachers are very rude with students , my third year. We also change in faculty and every year there are two semesters. when you have internals, it's easy to clear them, but you have to do hard work in the external exam in my first year I was scared from one teacher, he used to teach us electrical technology he always scold the students rudely. The course curriculum isn't too relevant for the current job requirement scenario because they are only teaching us web development that to not practically on the computers.
Night Life
Area near the college is decent. I didn't got much opportunities to spend time around college during night. There is hostel facilities inside college as well as outside college and there is library inside the college as well, but there is no cafeteria in college. You have to travel for 20 minutes to reach a good cafeteria. There is one famous hangout place known as Jagat Farm, where every student of this area go and hang out.
