Course Curriculum Overview
I choosed electronics and communication, because this includes both hardware and software, so that we can work both in IT and core company. In our college they used to conduct some webinars which was very useful to gain knowledge and we will be knowing about real world applications also. They should improve their teaching methods as well and communication also. The frequency and timing of exams are perfect.
Fees and Financial Aid
Year wise fees - 45,000 Tution fees - 15,000, admission fees - 30,000, and every other fees are included while registering itself For category students, they will pay some extra amount for admission other than ours, at the same time they will get more scholarships than ours. I was getting 19,000 per year from ssp scholarship.
Campus Life
In our college, we used to conduct maitri, kannada kalarava, sanskruthi, elecrtotech. The range of books in library are around 2000. The facilities and technological provisions are good. Sports and extracurricular activities are well in college.
Admission
I applied to many colloeges such as RV, MS Ramayya, and many more. But i got selection from Dr AIT itself. I did'nt got any other colleges except this, so i choosed Dr AIT itself. Yes, i got rejected form other colleges, because i didn't scored enough ranking to get seat in those colleges. I got admission through KCET. Eligibility matters on cast and income.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is about 4:10. The relationship between the faculty and student was good. We are very free to approach them anyway. The best faculties are Umadevi, Girija, Mohan kumar etc, We just love them because of their way of treating the students and their teaching methods. Moreover i liked everyone, there is nothing like i didn't like them. We had around 8 exams for 8 semseter, some are easy and sime are difficult, which depends on the faculty who prepares the question paper. Nearly 10 to 20 students will fail per section. Obviously the cousre is relevant.
Night Life
We have gym area, canteens, play ground, library, gardens. Yes we have hostel for both girls and boys separately. The famous hangout places are MTR shop, Rock graden, library and snacks which are available outside the canteen. Yes we have safety to roam around the city.
