- Infrastructure is old but very efficient

- Network coverage is too weak over there wifi is there but i doesn't even give a speed of 1 mps
- College timings are little worse for the people who come for away places
- Lab infrastructure should be updated atleast after 4 to 5 years
Course Curriculum Overview
? curriculum is based on IIT model no complaints on the curriculum , difficultly of the exam are not hard it also depends on the facility as well as the subject.. in our college electrical first sem is called to be tough and also in reality is more than average internals and externals are very much perfect
Placement Experience
Pre final and final semister our seniors starts sitting for the placements. 116-115 520-353 companies and offers were made respectively in the year 2024 2023 30 lpa is the highest package secured and on an average 10 to 15 lpa is secured by every 80-84% of the students at uvce
Fees and Financial Aid
I got addmission thought cet conducted by Karnataka government and I secured a seat and the fee I have to pay early is 48000 in addition we are asked to pay semister exam fee wich is 2300 for the category people it's 27000 and also 270 for scst but at the end they are asked to pay 48000 no matter which branch you are or no matter what branch you are in or no matter what year or semister you are in if you belong to sc st Initially you are asked to pay 750 only but upon getting scholarship you are asked to pay 48000-750 respectively for other backward classes as well.. also heard that exam fee lower for them as compared to genral
Campus Life
Our college is very much active in events both academically as well as cultural all thanks to adhamya (mother of all clubs ) special thanks to kpg sir and also IEEE which conducts event for both cultural and academic overall it's balanced milagro is the upcoming fest ... Availability of books are great both physical and soft copy are available
Admission
As I have mentioned earlier people across the country it's a government college and performs much better than the comparators like dayand Sagar I wanted uvce itself thus didn't get rejected from another college I got admission through kcet councelling I had to 48000 to kea cut off varies for different categories
Faculty
Few of faculty are very rude and they expect only the crs to contact them but they are also faculties senior faculty who are very much friendly and help a lot in studies there are 2 internals and 1 externals which are scaled done to 50
Night Life
All though I am a mechanical guy I spend most of my time in rg ( rock garden) most of the events are hosted there .. it's is the most loved placed in our entire campus with greenery and cute canteen and when it comes to hostel there is a draw back it's not a common draw back it is because girls hosted is situated very far from our campus which is little bit of concerning
