Course Curriculum Overview

I think toughness level of college exams are needed to be reduced and copy checking style also need to change it. There are 4 mid semester exams are there and 2 end semester exams are there. I choose this course because not any other relevant course was coming on my jee rank

In my college, my branch placement is above 90% but overall placement above 60% Companies like Tata motors, TCS , reliance , Samsung, etc are visited in my college Some students going for higher studies

My year wise fees is 198000 having 135000 is the tution fees and 63000 hostel fees My university have TFW facility in which student have approx 90000 acedmic fees are provided by government SC, ST candidate college scholarships 110000 OBC scholarship -55000

College experience are average to good College infrastructure are not very good but poor to average but my college have facilities like library, gym , cultural departments , sports facilities like sports ground are available

Hostel Facilities

My hostel provided good quality of food among all other hostels in my college My hostel room are three seater and some rooms are two seater For taking hostel any one are living from outside the local kanpur

I choose this college because this college is the shortest distance from my home. This college have above 90% placement in my branch so I will choose this college My college taking admission by all india jee mains rank

Faculty

My college end semester exams needed minimum 30% in all subjects and 40% marks in overall Some faculty in college have very good experience and teaching style like VKY sir which Gate rank Is 18. On other some cruel teacher are also their like BBS sir

Night Life

My college have sports facilities with cricket ground, football ground etc are available My college have two campus -weast and east campus Hostel night entry timings is before 8:00pm and no girls are allowed in my college

Placement Experience:

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. There are many company like TCS, L&T, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, IBM and many more visited our college. If you have CGPA greater than 7 then you are eligible for maximum placement drive. My plan is to get government job.

I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.

All About the HBTU throught the lens of a first year student.

The other colleges which i applied to were IET Lucknow , IIIT Una , IIIT Dharwad and other lower IIITs . I choose over those since this colleges reputation and placements spoke for itself they had a very good track record regarding this course and many famous companies have been coming here repeatedly. The admission in this college is through HBTU e-counselling site which is a standalone website managed by HBTU itself . It has a registration fees of 2500 rupees is non refundable . There you fill your choice of courses . The branch is alloted according to your JEE MAINS rank and your preference list . After the seat allotment letter you have to visit college and there you will have to submit your documents then you will be given a provisional admission letter and you are given a choice to upgrade your branch to the courses you have selected in your preference list. The admission in this college for UG is given through only JEE MAINS for engineering and all other branches leaving Biotechonlogy and Biochemical where you can get admission through CUET....Read More

I only applied on josaa counselling and then in HBTU. My rank was not good enough to get a confirm seat in any core branch . Then I opted for HBTU counselling which was providing better seat in that rank if compared .Then onwards I didn't apply in any of the college. To get admission in HBTU Kanpur, you can register in the college counselling and fill the desired seats. Counselling goes for three round.If not get selected, you can try last time in spot round if seats are vacant. Only students with jee mains result will get admission....Read More
