My college

I belongs to data science branch. So the curriculum is fully about the data science and other technologies also. They provide labs to learn or do something new technology that was not in your curriculum but belongs to data science. The curriculum almost covers the basics and intermediate level that prepares me to learn and adapt the adavanced level easily for real world applications. I think they need to remove some subjects that are not relevant to academics and include more subjects related to data science and future boosting technologies. There are 4-5 months for every semester. It's okay to passed in the semester.

In Amazon 9 students selected with the roles of data engineering and business intelligence with the stipend of 70000 and 50000. For Accenture 215 students are selected with the roles of associate software engineer with package of 6.5 lpa. For third year students they selected in Accenture and some other companies for internship with stipend of 15000 and 45000

Generally 4th year students are eligible for placements. But 3rd year and 2nd year students are eligible for offline and online interships. College provide equal opportunities for 2nd and 3rd year students for internships. Accenture, Auto desk, Flipkart, Amazon, Tech Mahindra, HP, SOTI, BIGWORKS and etc .. are visited to our college. In AUTODESK 2 students were placed with the package of 40 LPA, in service now 4 students selected with package of 34.5 lpa, in Flipkart 3 students selected with the package of 13 lpa, and Accenture 215 students selected with package of 4.5-6.5 lpa and tech Mahindra 250 students got selected with package of 4 LPA. So the average package of my college is 4 LPA. 92-96% students getting placements. My plans after getting degree, if I placed in some MNC company with good package I'll join otherwise I'll do M.Tech.

Tution fee of my college is 63,000 per year and the training fee which is for placements preparation from first year is 15,000 per year and the bus fee is based on the place. I have JVD which is reimbursement from government so the government will pay the money 63000 per year and additionally they pay 10000 for hostel or bus fee. So we need to pay only training and half amount of the bus fee. For management students it is based on the talent they have and the EAMCET rank they get the concession will be there for them.

For every year the starting month we have 2 events one is rangoli which is a traditional event and another one is Prism which is a cultural and fest. After 3-4 months we have another event called strides which is a technical event of 2 days. So interested students from campus and outside campus students will participate and showcase their skills in that event. Sometimes they'll conduct cultural events for every month. Coming to classworks digital classes will be there and computer labs are more and R and D area is also there in my college. Every year they conduct leagues for cricket, kabaddi, volleyball, and basketball. They don't give permission to play weekly for students that's the drawback. There are total 8 clubs in my college. Sports, basement blue club for events, tech club, toastmasters club for communication skills, rotary club for social welfare, NCC and NSS are there in my college.

I got 18k rank in my eapcet exam. So the major universities like JNTUK and Andhra University there is no place for me. So I have applied local best colleges. I have put the primary option as pragati Engineering College of branch data science because the placements were very high at that time in that college than any other colleges in that district. There is no examination for admission.

The faculty student relationship was good. They give opportunity to everyone and even if there is no scope the faculties asks students to come up new ideas to get a chance. So it's good. I liked my HOD sir because the sir always told me to learn something new for every semester that is not in your curriculum and that will help for your future. There are total 8 semesters in our college each semester contains 2 mid exams and every unit they'll conduct unit test. So it is good to pass in the exams.

There is no nightlife for day scholars in our campus. Only hostelers have the nightlife. We don't have gym, cafeterias etc.. We have only canteen where we can get food and tea or coffee and timings of hostel is 9 p.m. So there is not that much nightlife in my college.
