One can elegibel for intership when they are in 3 rd year and one can elegibel for palcements when they are 4 th year the are many companies but few companies like papal,delite ,google ,tcs and wipro . among these paypal offers highest package (3800000 per annum)

sastra has good faulty and strict timetabel . sastra has good rate of placements and to gain indepth knowledge and the fees was very low commapared to all othe colleges . no raggingg in the college . the faulty take all the students to forward

The faulty student ratio is 1-8 and the interaction between faculty and student is very good. The the faculty i like most was kanna , umamakeswari , balasubramanaian , manikandhan , priyadharshani , sasikaladevi , geetha , pradeep , ramakrishnan , sekar and karthikeyan are the best faculty . the are very good and ther are very interactive . All the all the faculty are good but these the the expert teachers some faculty who are beginners are some whatt slow but many off them are very well experts The exams at sastra are very strict and very hard. 10-20 percent are the failure rate at sastra The 100% grade contain Internal exams ( CIA ) and end sem exams . There are 3 internal exams but highest of two are selected to 50 % of grade in toatal (1 internal exam carry 50 marks converted to 20% of grade and 2 internal exam carry 50 marks converted to 20% of grade and 10% given as assement marks. the end sem converted to 50 % of grade in total grade will be given accoringly

The interview is based on cgpa . and after that its comletly depend on comany the process of getting addmision there are two streams 1- 12th board marks aand 2 - 50% board marks and 50% jee after registering the rank is provided and course was alloted accordingly
