Fee structure: MCA program at KUD is a 3 year full time course. As of the 2024-2025 academic year, the Anual fee is 37,693, totalling 1,13,079 for the entire course. Year wise breakdown: 1st 2nd & 3rd year tution fees: 37,693 for general catogories. In 2015 my batchmates fees was 50,000 for GM asince i scored well in PG CET and opted for 3b category certificate and i was paying 26,000. for sc/st it is only 10,000. In 2015 it was 26,000 and in 2024-2025 it is increased to 37,693 this is a gradual increase in fees over the years. Catagory wise fee structure: general Merit/minority: 7,900 Obc below 1lakh : 4,650 Sc/ST income below 2.5lakh : 900 and income above 2.5lakh and below 10lakh : 10,655 Fee concessions was very well available for students as per above data. KUD offers special scholarships to support students. 1. Post graduate indira gandhi scholarship for single girl child ?36,200 PA for 2years 2. Postgraduate scholarships for professional courses for SC/ST students 4,500 per month 3. Ishan Uday for north eastern region 5,400 per month. KUD has Social life and club involvements like insignia, yuva rang, vidyarthi siri. Having students club and associates such as: Compter science club, sports club, photography club, literary and debate society. It has Library aspects will be very well managed and maintained karnataka university central library has 1.5+ lakh books E-library Access will be provided Book landing limit is too good a student can borrow upto 3-4 books at a time for a month Library has a quiet study zones for both individual and group study. And a classroom structures are just a lit having ventilated classrooms, basic seating arrangements has a wi-fi connectivity, and projectors and computer lab facilities Sports and extra curriculum activities are best as it provides large playgrounds, indore sports, inter university tornaments held every year KUD has a extra curriculum activities has regular theatre and cultural performances Music and dance competitions Workshops on leaderships,soft skills and career guidance. KUD provides banced campus life, but students who seeks advanced tech labs, well stuctured club and modern classroom may find private universities better in this regard however for affordable education with decent social engagement KUD is a good choice.
