The quality of education is good and better when you compare the college with other private colleges in north. Yes, the curriculum prepares you for real-world applications for further academic pursuits. I would like to improve the teaching quality as I think it could be made more practical. More focus on labs can be done. The exams are held every month, around 3 sessionals are taken in a semester and the finals. The difficulty level is moderate, you need to study if you want to score well.

Internships are provided around third year. The companies which offered internships are Infosys, Infotech, and Wipro etc. The stpend offered was around 15,000 to 20.000. The college keeps us updated regarding all the internship and campus placements.

From third year students become eligible for internships and in the final year they are eligible for campus placements. The top companies that visit the campus are Infosys, Amazon, HP, Infotech, Wipro etc. The highest package offered in my course was 32LPA with average being 8LPA. Percentage of the students getting placed is 80%. My plans after getting the degree is to get a good placements and after that opt for higher studies.

The year-wise fee I pay is 240000. All other expenses are included in the yearly fees only. Different courses have different fees like Bsc in Optometry has a total fess of 900000. Then electrical engineering has a yearly fee of 240000. The college does not provide scholarships of its own but encourage the students and keep them updated regarding the latest government scholarships.

The college conducts 2 to 3 events and fests every month on an average. Events are held before all festivals. The largest fest of the college is called RANGREZ which is held every four years. Lots of competitions are held in this fest and stalls are present and is very enjoyable. The classrooms are well constructed, clean and ventilated. The college has all types of sports facilities with all types of grounds for outdoor games. The college has lots of clubs, student portals and encourages you to get involved and participate.

The hostel contains different type of rooms with different price range. The rooms are well furnished and ventilated. The rooms contain a study table, almirah and much room things which are required. The mess food is decent but has a good variety and is acceptable. The registration process is simple and done through online portal.

I applied for various other engineering colleges but could not clear the required cutoff for the same. Then when I searched for various private colleges in north, I could not find a better college than this. The college is decent in terms of education, campus life, nightlife, availability etc. The admission process of the college is simple, the college aceept your merit score other entrance exams.

The faculty-to-student ratio in the college is about 6:1. The faculty is approachable and helpful. Almost all the faculty that teaches is decent and approachable. Exams are held every month with the difficulty level being moderately tough. In short if you want to score well, you need to study throughout the semester. The pass percentage is 40% and in a class of 70 students on an average 10 students fail the exams.

The college has a huge gym, many libraries with variety of books present and a big canteen called Square one which has many outlets and food shops present inside it. The public area closes off at 12 Midnight. Hostel in timings are usually 11:45 PM and campus in timings is around 8:00 PM. College aesthetics are amazing and beautiful, you will enjoy exploring the campus and famous hangout places outside college are Chandigarh, Shimla, Kasauli and many more and inisde college we have many pretty parks.
