Rivalry of Raipur

Most of the NITS during the first year does not introduced the course subjects rather they introduce 12th in deep syllabus for the better understanding and logical thinking.the circulum is bit old but teaching methods are good and there is equal priority for the core and non core branches regarding the course which is chosen I got CSE in this Nit but I choose Ece because that is my passion .

The companies related to the non core like TCL,amazon,samsung visit the campus,the good companies which are related to the core also have good dand in nit raipur.like one my senior got around 2 lakhs stipend for her internship during her 3rd year in electronics on core.

Around 40% of the students get the placement during their 3rd year second sem and some of them will get the PPIs ,the companies like Amazon,samsung, godrej etc ..will visit the campus during the campus placements and placenta are held in CCC building of nit Raipur.

for the candidates of general the fee is around 2 lakhs per year and for the obc candidates above 5 lakh charges around 1.4 lakh per year. For the candidates who are belongs to the ST and SC candidates the tution fee is free and the library,sports fee include 9180 odd sem ,and 8640 for the end sem.the obc candidates who have income 1 lakh below will also get the same benifits as ST And Sc students,the scholarships as buddy for study my friends got around 60k .and we can also apply for nsp which is government scholarship

There are many clubs through our the college ,like coding club,dance club,singing club and many other clubs there some clubs for the welfare of students like sayhog the largest event in nit Raipur is maintained by sanskriti which is called as ecelectika

The facilities are very very good because in pg also we won't get the facilities which we are getting in the hostels of nit raipur.the food is pretty good and my friends who are staying outside inform me that the food in pg is not good and healthy ,the quality of menu is pretty good

I have applied to the NIT Nagpur during my josaa councling but I missed it by 90 ranks of my category and but my relatives have got the seat in the nagpur the accomodation is better in nagpur when compared to the raipur nit but there certain factors where our college is good .if you get around 28k you allowed to get the ece and other higher branches in this college but this number may reduce as the competition is getting high day by day

Some faculty is pretty good they explain each and every step of the problem or context very deeply and it was seen in schools ,some of them are abha mam, Nitin Jain sir,etc.but some of them did not say everything as there is no spoon feeding .they used to explain the pdfs and that's all. The exams are little bit of tricky and mid sem exams bit simple when compared to the end sem exams,the Maths 1 is tough subject for the freshers to clear even many of friends are failed in that exam .so it better to focus on M1 during the first sem

The timings of the campus is you have the permission to rom around the college from morning 6 to evening 9 and you are not allowed to the hostel after 9.and nit visuals of nit Raipur is decent,the gym is morning for girls and evening for boys the best hangout place outside of the campus is mahadev ghat,marine land etc
