Course Curriculum Overview
Our course is good but we have really less practical experience.most of the students just learn theory and pass we don't have any real life experience which prepares us for the real world so we are lacking there and we need improvement in that field
Fees and Financial Aid
So yearly we have two semesters,where we need to pay for average of 5500 and 1500 examination fees,per semester so in one year we need to pay an average of 13000 rs yearly.we need to pay for lab fees of 1000 and examination charge includes centre fees and other fees .we can avail for free admission if we have income certificate,which is given to people with lower income. we can also apply for ishan uday scholarship which is a scholarship provided by central government for northeast students .Students can avail for this scholarship if they scored 80 percentage or above.It provides yearly 55 thousand which equals to 5000 per month for 3 years as a total of 165000 .. nowadays the students are getting 80000 per year for 4 years as the course is now of 4 years instead of 3 years
Campus Life
We have functions like frehers after admission of new students and cultural programs after college week which the annual sports event ,we also have farewell for students who will graduate from college.we have many books available in our library and anyone can access it with library card
Admission
I only applied to this college because it was the best university in our place and we don't have the financial freedom to go outside and study as my family can't afford it .we are barely managing our expenses
Faculty
The faculty is friendly and approachable,they are all eager to teach us..I like the English and management faculty as they are helpful and don't like the accounts faculty as they are arrogant.we have 4 exams 2 final and 2 mid terms every year...2 exams per semester 1 mid term and 1 final
Night Life
The night life in our college area is really good people hangout in the chandmari bridge there are many collges and pg in that area and people from all over northeast come there to study or work purposes also it's safe to move there in night.
