Likes
- Faculties are supportive and helps for the improvements in academic as well as for a good career
- The library facilities are appreciable. The library system isn't much complicated and thus can be used effectively
- The college gives support to other than academics like sports, arts etc. Though they won't mould new individuals they won't discourage those who have the ability to do so
Dislikes
- The college is too small, it's only about 4 acres and thus limited space
- There is no ground in the college, though they supports sports they are not doing much for creating new faces in that
- Since it's a government college politics and political parties have great role here. So it sometimes disturbs the college atmosphere
Course Curriculum Overview
I don't have much idea about this course before joining but after joining I got better idea about it. My best paper in the whole 2 year was marginalisation. Statistics is the easiest one to score good marks. Most of the students will get first class
Placement Experience
The placement started recently and it is doing in association with the Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission. It will help you to know about how a interview works like that. It will helps you to prepare better for other interviews also
Fees and Financial Aid
Since I am from OBC category I got reduction in fees, so I have to pay only 5000 for my admission and the rest was free. But those don't have any reservation have to pay admission fee, exam fee, and semester fee , that may be cost around 18000 for the whole course
Campus Life
Since it's a small college the social environment is not much good. Though we are fully understand supervision of our faculties they are giving much freedom to us. Though they aren't providing much library facilities the current facilities are enough for a student
Admission
My main reason for joining here is that it's nearby to my home. Also while considering doing BA in Kerala University mainly there are 3 colleges but this college is the only government college giving admission to students on the basis of former exam marks .
Faculty
Since I am studying political science I can give insights about the Sociology department there were about 7 faculties here. Everyone is so supportive and helpful for getting good insights. Exam is not that tough each semester is having 4 papers and in the final semester we will be having a project to submit that's all
Night Life
There is no night life here. We even don't have a hostel here. If we want live near the college should look for a PG. There is a Gym and Cafeteria the cafeteria is good but the gym is used scarcely. There is no hangout places in our college
