Likes
- College highly encourages the extracurricular activities like sports and music specially. College have its own cricket stadium where even for one of the test match Indian Cricket team had match.
- College is having their own 2 stored library building, biggest libraries in the district with more than 20k books avialable.
- Regulary encourage students to participate in social activities and tech bases competations which gives you exposure of industry in advantage before you are placed.
Dislikes
- Hostel for boys are not managed well. Some of the times same varity of food is services for continues 2-3 days.
- Even if student is in hostel which is inside the campus, student can't use sports ground and libraries post working hours. As hostel doors will be closed by 6 PM.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculam was highly relevant and comprehensive, providing practical insights that provide value in the industry. It bridges academic learning and real word application enhancing professional preparedness.
Placement Experience
* The placement were very strong in some of the years and some of the years if will be dry. College will be bringing good 10-15 companies. One or the two companies will be doing bulk hiring rest of the comanies will be doing small scale hiring.
Fees and Financial Aid
* Year wise fee : 1,20,000/- (60k per sem including all the taxes) * For Sc/ST student their wont be any fee consetion * On merit bases top 3 students from each batch will be provided 50% to 100% depending on the rank achieved.
Campus Life
My overall experince with campus life was enriching and well rounded. The social atmosphere was vibrant with diverse student communities. Various clubs and societies ranging from entrepreneuship and debates to sports and cultural activities providing ample oppurtunity with upskilling.
Hostel Facilities
* Girls and boys hostel will be seaparate. Where girls hostel in maintained by college authorities the facilities will be very good. Whereas the boys hostel is maintained by other local vendor so their will be challenge with the food quality and maintaness services. * In nearby locations 1-2 bhk's are avaialble at reasonable prices.
Admission
* I chose this college due to its strong industry connections, comprehensive curriculam and experinced faculty. Compared to it to the other colleges I applied to it as it stood out in terms of practical exposure.
Faculty
* Most of the faculty had worked in their respective industries and then switched to teaching profile, which enhanced the learning methedologies and process of learning and execution. * Every Semester(6 months) their will be total 3 exams : Unit 1 , Unit 2 & Final Sem Exam. In between there will be weekly assesments and mini projects assigned.
Night Life
As the college is located in tier 3 city mostly the campus will be closed by 6 PM where there wont be any access to the resources post that. Majority of the crowd will be travelling from near by cities travelling 1-2 hours. So mostly campus will be shut post 6 PM.
