Best choice in my life.

I choose this college because of very good education and placements and come to curriculum even though it is a government college it is stand competative to private colleges in a city. academic curriculum is purely follows a VTU guidlines.

Students are eligible for placements from their 6th semester even though the priority is for final year students . Highest package was 11 LPA for BEML company and 10 members selected in that and for BEL 12LPA 6 members selected.

My college is Government Engineering college Hassan. I got seat through my CET rank in 2020. in my colleege the cutoff for CSE branch is 30000 Rank during 2020. and come to fees structure 19,000 paid as government fees and 6000 for college. fees which we paid to government would be returned as scholorship(19000) from government and the fees would be same for all 4 year's . Some of my batchmates got SNQ seat which is completely free of education. Multiple scholorships are available which i got are SSP and NSP and labour scholorship.

Annual festivals are typically held in the month of june and its about a 3 days included varies activities at end of the day award distibution also conducted for outstanding students. A good library avaible with needed books. ISTE, GLUE, NSS, etc clubs are conducted which would helpfull for building communication and relationships between junior and seniors.

After my PUC and attended CET which is a entrance exam for BE and i applied to this college which is my first priority among other colleges and i got seat in first round itself . Admission process is first we have to select the college during option entry and i your ranking is included in college course cutoff you got seat otherwise u can try it in next round. There is no management seats available and cutoff is varied among the courses.

Faculties are very friendly and alsways supportive to students. Some of faculties have industry links which would be helpfull for students for finding internships and placements. Exams are conducted very strictly , there are 3 internals per sem and lab exams , sem exams are conducted.

There is separate hostel for girls and boys. and my favourite spot in my college is libraray . After classes we are there at campus till 7 or 8 for some of club meeting and other activities which were conducted for AICET.
