Likes
- The thing which I liked first and foremost is my fee structure because I come from very poor family as I can't afford souch money for my study hence with the least amount I'm being study in a good college and 10000 is itself hard to pay that amount
- And the second thing I like about the college is academically my college is a bit good with the kind of faculty we have and the experience they possess they not only give the theoritical explanation they teach us by taking the real world examples
- The next thing I like about our college there is great placement cell in our college with experience placement officers and organize number of placement training with experienced trainers across the globe on the different emerging technologies
Dislikes
- The first thing I don't like is the faculty placement coordinator being very partial towards only some people during the process of shortlisted students for attendi the interviews they have been too partial in refering to the companies also
- The second thing I don't like I about the number of placement opportunities or the companies that are visiting our college when compared to the last year it's was draaticall the number of comap coming for hiring is decreased which is dire effecting
- And the next thing which i don't like is the use of the ppts while teach by the faculty because of using ppts they will randomly explain something and they god off they don't use the black board at all which is bad teaching method
Course Curriculum Overview
As the curriculum which we had during the time of our academic to be Frank which are not that much upgraded technologies and that didn't helped us prepare for the campus placement because campus hiring companies asking for the newer technology requirement and we are not that much upgraded and that harming our placements and becoming very difficult to place in the lower package company also there is much improved for the present 1st and 2nd year students with better upgraded technologies and more to be improved
Fees and Financial Aid
I come from a poor family and belong to a specific caste and a minority group I'm eligible for the total fee reimbursement under a government scheme,so my college fee is zero but I have to pay about 10000 of the placement and training fee which is similar to each and every student and then for other students fee structure bis different like those whose father's work as government employees they get 0 fee reimbursement so they have to pay about 122000 total fee and the donation for the cse branch is 10 lakhs
Campus Life
As my overall experience was good with good academics and there are different club's which are present in the college like the photography club there Tarang club for dancers there are other technical club's line GDSC and nirmiti club for the overall development and they will be conducting different types of fest will be two days one day will be the technical fest another will be non technical fest and there will be freshers for the 1st year all the festival will be conducted
Admission
As in the starting with writing the entrance exam which is called EAMCET and I secured around 25000 rank in telangana and have preferred different college starting from the JNTUJlH CBIT to the top 20 college in the first round of councelling i got the geetanjali college of engineering then I tried for the better one in the second round of councelling i kept another options through which i got the vjit college
Faculty
There is about 292:1000 students across all the branches in our college most of the faculty not all are very friendly or share the parental bond with the students and the faculty whom I love to listen to their lectures and have that good feeling when such faculty enter our classroom is the our C language mam from the first year she has been the pillar of support all the time starting from 1st year to till now and she used to inspire us in so many dimensions everything is practically explained and very good and calm at explaining things
Night Life
My most hangout spot will be the basketball court area near the c block where I'll be sending most of the time with my friends chit chatting and the next favourite place will be the college canteen and the readers as if we don't bring th lunch we go there straight away and have our lunch and the last but not the least another most favourite place is the ground floor of our E block sitting there feels like heaven
