Not worthy college to spend 4 years

As its a university so there are ppl of different courses and you may feel laters like I do that the place isn't meant for you as most of the ppl speak haryanvi here. Which is not a professional language.

The course which I studied was veru old, its around 10 years old syllabus but now the course have been updated for upcoming batches. The new course is worth studying or else mine syllabus is based of old technologies while the new syllabus is based on trending technologies.

No, there is no such feature of intership even placements now adays are difficult. Only 2 3 comapnies visit the campus. There have beem no pool campus drive till date. And the TPO is also not worthy here.

Only 2 or e companies visit here which contributes to only 30% of the placements. If you are looking for a job aftrr btech either join private college or must know about the pool drives happening in other colleges.

There are mainly 4 5 events that happen each year like technova the technical event of college. Rhythm the culutural event of college. Marathon, blood donation camp and somethings departmental level events.

The fee is affortable as it is a govt. Institue the fee structire is okay. We have to pay the fee in two instalments. At two times in a year viz at starting of semesters. Even there are discounts for below poverty line students

The topper if each semester of every class is given scholarships and the students that fall under below poverty line are also given fee consessions. I am not aware about the loan scheme. Provided by the college

The college is build in the area of 300 acers and it facilates a big running track. A gym, a badminton court, volley ball court the swimming pool is under construction. It has a newly built A clasd audi and big library which is the only good thing I know.

Hostel infra is good. But the only problem is that both the single and double sharing rooms have same size. It is really difficult to for sharing students as the room size is meant fir one. Apart from this everthing is fine.

Alumi meets are organised but there are not any strong relations between alumini and staff as if there was any good relations then a alumoni 10 years old would have managed to hier students via conducting placements.

The exam structure is normal 2 times minor test and one final exams per semester. The paper usually comes average but the checking is not good at all. Having a mass ree is really common here. And thiz irritates !

Admissions are through the JEE mains rank. And reservation quotas play a great role in admission. I am general with a rank 87000 and I got ECE at the last spot councelling and on the other hand people with quotas like SC are in CSE with 3 times my rank. There are basicly 2 rounds one online and other is offline viz left over seats

Faculty is not so good. You must be awared about the attitude of government employess. Most of them just sit and earn. They lack current skill awareness and only teacj what they have been taught during there degree. Only 1 to 2 faculty members are hood per department rest all are useless.
