Students before joining the college have a very high expectations. The college has a very good name and it keeps up with the current. Helps student alot to build their carrier. Recommend this college to students.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course Curriculam in the college is good. But it has to be improved.Several courses In Computer Science and Information Science are out dated. These has to be updated to current technology.Civil and Mechanical Labs are also quite old.
Internships Opportunities
No, college does not provide any internship.College inturn help the student by recomending them to several company. But it all depends on the students interests to do any internship. From the year 2017, college has made mandatory for every student to have atleast 1 internship.
Placement Experience
Placements in the college is one of the best in the state of karnataka.Almost 90% students get placed before even completing graduation. The placement department of the college is very helpfull. If any student is not place they even followup and recommend student to the companies.
College Events
Several Events are conducted in the college through out the year. Major festivals are even celebrated. College organised two major National Level College Fests. 1 in each semester. Its a 3 day long Fest.
Fee Structure And Facilities
NRI Quota is expensive. But COMEDK is the best option for students who cannot get admission by merit. Several Other quotas include: 1)NRI Quota. 2)Karnataka CET Quota. 3)COMEDK. 4)Govt Seat. 5)Management Quota. Either one of them is required to get admission into the college.
Fees and Financial Aid
The only scolarship offered here is for the poor class baised on annual income of their parents. Rest no other scolarship is offered here. Education loan can be taken from any banks in india. Prefered banks would be- Syndicate and vijaya bank.
Campus Life
Very good Indoor statium is available It has Basket ball, Volle=y ball, Table tennis, etc There is even outdoor basket ball and volley ball facility. it has state of the art Cricket Statium. Lab is fine. Has to be improved.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel here is fully furnished. With all the eminities. There is WIFI facility aswell. There is a seperate library for students. Also during exams hostel students can got to the library anytime. Hostel has several occupencies. 1 room. Twin Sharing. Three Sharing.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, Alumni network is very good. College conducts Alumni meet every year. Senior students also are in touch. They also helped many student to give reference in their respective company.Helps in students geating placed.
Exam Structure
Examination conducted here are simple in structure. 1 semester will have two Internals( One Internal later if the student misses one of the previous internals). One final end semester exam. Also will have 1 lab internal and 1 lab final.
Admission
I got admission through Management quota. Several Other quotas include: 1)NRI Quota. 2)Karnataka CET Quota. 3)COMEDK. 4)Govt Seat. 5)Management Quota. Either one of them is required to get admission into the college.
Faculty
Most of the faculty are well equiped with knowleged. All of them are highly educated. They have good controlover the subjects they handle. Dispite that some students complaint thatthe lecturer only teaches thems whats inthe book.
