Remarks

It has a great potential for future. The curriculum offered is very upto date and follows the industry 4.0. I feel that the basic thing this college privides is to take the students out of there comfort zone which is very much needed. They groom and train in such a way that students do not feel any hesitation to express themselves. The main agenda of the College is to make the students PROACTIVE.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Very flexible program. It has bespoke program where we can choose multiple majors and minors. It caters to the need of the corporate. It is design so that we can be industry ready. Moreover it offers communication and professional development programs. It might be surprising but I am doing finance and marketing both together.

Internships Opportunities

Yes they do provide internship. All big mncs and corporate recruit. Sometimes these companies convert the internship to final placement. The stipned is generally between 10000 to 25000. As I am still a student and in first year so I may not be the right person for sharing the experience. The best part is they offer internship for 18 weeks which is highest among all the premium bschools in India.

Placement Experience

3.5

A lot of companies from corporate and MNCs come to recruit the students. The average package is 7.5lkhs. Companies like Britania, Nestle, Delloite, PWC, EY, Federal Bank, Etc. The maximum package is 16 lkhs.

College Events

3.5

NAMAN annual fest Kanyathon marathon for girl child Ethnic day Freshers event Events held by different clubs like Finance, Marketing, HR, Entrepreneurship Celebration of various festivals International Student's Day NHRD

Fee Structure And Facilities

Its fee structure js feasible. The hostel fees is not included in the fee structure. It can be paid in three installments. For the batch 2018-2020 the registration fees was 50000, Security deposit was 15k, student council fees was around 15k. Tution fees of 11lkhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

Well there are scholarships provided by the college on the basis of merit. A special scholarship for girls Kanyashakti is also provided. The college do not have a direct tie up with banks and financial institution for loan. But it is easy to avail loans

Campus Life

3.5

There is Social Immersion Program of 2 weeks where students in a grouo of 8 to 10 visit ngos all over the country help them to accomplish there mission on the the basis of UNICEF. Apart from that college offers a regualr fitness program which offers yoga, zumba, sports, gym. It participates in various inter college programs be it sports or any other activities. It has ECIS committee which are small groups of interest headed by a faculty like that of literature, capital markets, marketing etc It has Prabudas Liladhar finance lab and Bloomberg terminal.

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel is pretty good but quite far from the college. It has a gym a playground, dining hall, common area and parking. Trainers are also there. Wardens are there Security is very good. Overall I would rate it 3 out of 5.

Alumni/Alumna

All the alumni and seniors are very helpful. The alumni comducts an event star quest addressing the freshers and rewarding them for there talent. Apart from that seniors are very cooperative they interact and clear all the doubts. They are very friendly. And most seniors volunteeringly guide the juniors during foundation.

Exam Structure

The exam structure is kept in a way so that students are not overburdened nor they take up everyday classes very casually. There is marks on assignments, live projects, presentations. Only 60% weightage is on written examinations.

Admission

After filling the application form they call for the gd round followed by composition. After qualifying this they call for interview where faculties, alumni and industry experts evaluate the participants.

Faculty

4.5

The faculties are having a great exposure to corporate. They are very knowledgeable. Very frank and approachable. Full of knowledge. They appreciate a lot of class participation. They always prepare for placement interview and encourage for getting out of comfort zone.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time.
