College Review

I want to give positive remarks for tge entire college. But for the hostel I am little bit dissapointed. The hostel infrastructure and food is not good enough. Otherwise the college has very good facilities and faculties.

I am a student studying B. Tech Computer Science and Systems Engineering. According to me this is the best course of this college. This course will take four years for completion. After this one can get job. Placement is also there.

My college don't provide internship at the under graduation level. But they use to provide internship at the P. Hd level. I don't have any experience about internship because I am a student of B. Tech. The interns stipend is about 30K-35K.

There is a high chance of getting placement. Over 100 companies of India use to come for placement. At the final Year they use to take interview. After getting the degree the selected candidates gets a good job at that companies.

At the starting of first year some introduction used to give to the new students by the staffs. Every year Department Day is used to celebrated.Ever Department used to celebrate their Department Day on different dates. And every year Department Games are also held at the college.

The fee structure of AU College of Engineering is good. It has a reasonable fee structure. According to the categories the fee structure use to change. For MCET rankers there is no fee, their college fee is free. They just have to pay the hostel fees.

In the AU College of Engineering there is scholarship program for sc/st students. The scholarship is use to give based on the caste. And loan facility is also there. Every student can take loan fir their study.

The extracurricular activities of AU College of Engineering is alao very good. In a year they used to organize workshops for different departments. In the workshops they use to teach different things. Sports are also good. Every year Department Games are use to held. The college has a big playground in front of the college.

The hostel infrastructure of AU College of Engineering is okay. The buildings of hostel are very old. It is near about 70 years old. Hostel fees are also not very high. But the hostel food is not good. And there is free Wi-Fi at the hostel.

Yes, The college is linked with the alumni network. They are very helpful. They also use to give placements. And they use to help for everything. They use to organize some programs and workshops throughout the year. That are very helpful for the students, especially for the senior students.

The exam pattern is CBCS(Choice Based Credit System). The exam are conducted as semesters. In a year there are two semesters. Syllabus are also different for different semesters. Four years will complete with the eight semesters.

I got admission through MHRD(Ministry of Human Resource and Development. I am from Andaman and Nicobar Islands. The seat is alloted to me by the secretarait of Andaman, They have some reserved seats at mainland colleges. I applied for the seat and attended the counselling. There i got selected by my JEE Main rank

In AU College of Engineering the best faculties of Andhra Pradesh are present. The are well qualified and well experienced. They are best at their job. Their teaching style is also good. They are very hardworking.
