You should know before joining SEA CET Bangalore

I choose this course to learn AI and also to get my career on Data Science. College and faculties guide me very well in studies and to make me score good marks in exams. Teachers teach each and every topic that's important for exams and also take remedial classes if in need. It is OK of exam frequency, because I get one internal test in one and half month time, so three months for two internal exam and one full month semester exam. So approx duration of one semester is 4-5 months.

I am a mangement student. For management students the college asks for more than 2 lakhs in first year and less than 2 lakhs for rest three years. In AI and DS, current college fees is 2.5 lakhs first year and 1.25 lakhs from second year. For other well known departments, the college fees are higher than AI&DS. Other departments fees may be higher by 50k to 1 lakh from my fees. For SC ST and OBC students, college or State itself offers good scholarships for students from entrance exams. Since I am a management student I can not avail those scholarship.

There is no events happening frequently, it's a drawback to this college. There can be fun events twice a year. No fests are conducted. Infrastructures are worst, I have seen worst benches and desks in my class and after complaining it to my principal, they changed it later with good ones. Ceiling fans were not working, bulbs were flickering, and many maintainance problem. But they fix it after we raise a complaint. Washrooms are not well maintained. They try their best but many students use washroom and makes it worst. I got few friends, so I am enjoying my college life.

I wanted to join in Christ engineering college, because I studied 12th in Christ Junior college. I wanted to join Christ because it is well known and my friends joined there. That college is far from my house. Later I joined SEA CET because, It is near to my house and fees structure is affordable. My cousin studied in SEA CET and recommended me to that college. In 12th, percentage should be more than 45% to apply this college in management quota. I didn't apply to any other colleges apart from these two colleges.

Faculties are great and very good mentors. They provide students with well resources to pass the exam. Rest is left upto the student. In AI&DS, the course is similar to AI&ML with few different subjects. Each year there are two semesters, and total of 8 semesters should be completed to get professional degree certificate. First year it was easy, as the subjects were similar to 12th grade. From second year, many course related subjects are thought. It gets tough from second year. Consistent learning and focus can make the course easier to understand. There are two internal tests and one semester exam for each semester.

There's gym, library, sports ground, sports room, and computer labs. For gym we should pay extra money. At night, college hostellers are around the college. There's no any interesting spots in college. I hangout with friends to basketball court and sit there for awhile and leave the college.
