The bus fees is compulsory for all the students and that too the fees is common for all irrespective of the distance of stops. This is too expensive for the students living nearby. The hostel facilities are not according to the fees taken for the same.

The course haven't been revised since years. It can be easy for some whereas for some it can be pathetic to learn. The course for first year consists of subjects common for all branches.The course for first year is quite tough as a student is supposed to learn the subjects which he is not interested in.

Yes the college provides internships for the students after second year exams. Internships are important to provide basic knowledge of work in industries. The experience of the internship is quite fruitful and the stipend depends on the company you are sent in.

Our college provides great placements and job opportunities. Many companies like Justdial, Amazon, HCL, TCS, Infosys,etc come every year for campus drives and placements. Trainings and placement sessions are conducted for the the students in college to train them in cracking interviews.

There are many events celebrated in our college. For the new comers we have the orientation program where they get the opportunity to know about their college. A "Group Introduction " session is organized for the first year students through which they get to know their seniors. It is basically the interaction between juniors and seniors. The technical events like "Chatra Vishwakarma Jayanti" adds zing to the events. The most celebrated event in Oriental Groups is the Techfest which is a 3 day technocultural fest. It is the most awaited and Celebrated event of Oriental.

The fee structure is feasible. It is 39000 per semester. The fee structure includes lab fees, Tution fees, transport fees, hostel and mess fees, medical etc. The only drawback with the fee structure is that the bus fees is compulsory for all the students. The bus fees is 12000Rs for all the students irrespective of their stops which is too expensive for the students living nearby.

Our college provides more than 10% scholarship for the students who score more than 90% in 12th board exams or have performed well in the JEE Mains exam. We have a Scholarship Cell in our college to give knowledge about the scholarship to the students so that students can avail them.

The labs in Oriental are well equipped. The Saturdays are spent in extracurricular activities. There are great sports faculties who train the students and make them ready for nodals. Thus, the labs, activities and sports are great here.

The hostel rooms are quite small for the students to adjust. It's quite difficult to live there in summer. The mess facility is satisfactory. The overall infrastructure of hostel is good. However , the facilities provided by the hostel is not according to the fees taken for the same.

The alumni network is quite strong. There are frequent interaction sessions organized for the students where they can interact with the alumni and gain knowledge which is helpful for them. The seniors are also very helpful for the juniors. They are very friendly and they share a relationship like friends not like seniors. The best part is that this college is ragging free.

The college is affiliated to RGPV. Therefore, the exam structure is according to RGPV. We have semester system here. The sessionals are given on the basis of student's overall performance in mid sems and assignments. Then the students score the rest marks in the final semester exams. The exams are based on either CBGS or CBCS basis. The marks obtained are shown in the form of cgpa and sgpa.

I got admitted on the basis of my score in entrance exam called JEE MAINS. The admission process starts soon after the 12th class and JEE results are declared. There are faculties for counselling. In this counselling, the faculties would ask you about your areas of interest and then suggest you the suitable subject according to your JEE score and interest. The admission takes place in 3 rounds. Merit lists are prepared in these rounds. Choice filling is done where you can arrange your preferred colleges with branch according to your preference numbers. The merit list of first 2 rounds is prepared on the basis of JEE mains whereas the 3rd round is college counselling.

The faculty of the college is well versed with their subjects. They are very cooperative with the students. They provide them with all the materials required by the students in studies. They are very experienced in their respective fields.
