Applied psychology houn at Galgotias university

Postive remark -the university managment is putting its best efforts for making galgotias university one of best university is every espects the year i entered university to the year i left it made great change in every espect from infre structure to food court to events Neagtive remark- As private university the unconscious aime to to earn profit because of which they sometimes end up with not so good faculty which they should appointe and there criteria for entrace is so low that they even take student who pass by 40% which some time lead to negative environment of education

The course curriculum is up to mark all faculty of psychology department with respected H.O.D and Dean and with Faculty of renound college site togather for course curriculum planing every year they change or add regarding the need and demand of coures and also analyse last year response before making any change

No university do not provided any kind of help or intership in psychology department and every there is no intership in coures curriculum if a student want to do any intership he/ she herself himself have ro try of there own with any help or advice from university

Galgotias is know for its job placement but not in applied psychology depertment there is no job opportuniries for student if they want job after there graduation and even after post graduation student himself / herself have to try of there own with any help or supporr from university or from department faculties

Every month events take place starting from fresher to diwali event holi etc even department individually also plane up for events for student and the year end a goodbye with a bang farewell slowly and gradual the about of events and participation are increasing in a postive way

The free structure of galgotias university for applied psychology is moderate i.e 65k per year which is far less then other private universities and availability of sources according to it is good and there is lab charge which department ask student every year which is 200rs only

There is option of scholarship for srudent who are excellent is study but the processing is not organized and process is not at all simplet and there is not much cooperation from the stuff of university who heandless all of this a student have make many round for all work to make it progress

For other depertment there is lab which is assign by the university but for applied psychology there is no proper lab or tools that is require in psychology lab its faculty and student efforts to lab a better lab for experment

Hostel is not good in any aspect from food to environmental,infrastructure atmosphere and even the wardern is not at all cooperative and these all complent are so basic that every hosteler have and hostel are expensive and not up to the mark for the free they demand of

The best think is there is no raging in university and hostel as before admission every student fill up anti raging formit is filled up student year so there is no negative behav2 or bullimg from seniors they are cooperate and understand and some of them even help freshers to understand the environment of university

The exm structure is semester based which take place twice a year of 100 marks and before semester exm two internals take place of 50 marks and there is lab internal and external lab external is take by faculty from other college or university 20 marka are of internal which is based of class presentation ,behaviour , class performance

I filled form in which general details where asked and the criteria to fill up the form was 50 or percentage above 50 every detail regarding form admission was available on there site after submitting form few days later they dend conform letter of admission to giving address with all details like last date of admission, course fees, refumd process ,hostel fee ,college time etc

At the time I got admission in Galgotias we where blessed with best faculties a student can dremet of in private university all faculties where doctorates and licensed psychologist they where cooperative ,understanding and helpful as all process environment was new for student
