Reality of SVNIT

Cource curriculum is designed in a manner such that is suitable to all! We have our classes till 12:30 in morning and than we have extra time to do extra curricular each class is of almost 50mins to 1 hour Teaching method is also very nice as proffersors are handy with technology and we learn on smart boards

The facilities here are very well connected to the industry and thus internship opportunity is very good! You can do project under professors here and also professors from SVNIT recommend other professors under whom internship can be done! Also so many companies come to take students for internship

Overall decent placement happens at our college for good placement you need to go off campus but yes many good companies come to our college and for my branch highest is 20lakhs and average is 9 lakhs Almost 80 percent from mech gets placed I want to do cat so probably i won't seat for placemnets

The total fees for general is 140000 and mess fees is 39500 and for sc st total fees is 15000 and mess fees is same for all for EWS category they provide scholarship Based on their financial category Also mess refund is being for Diwali break and other breaks so an average of 12000 is refunded

The campus is life one such thing which I live the most! There are so many activities to do around! The college has 2 major fest Cultural: Sparsh which is a 3 day event and takes place in February Technical: Mindbend which is also a 3 day event which is gujarats largest techno managerial fest Also theee are so many events going on in even sem Also different hostels host different festival celebration There are so many clubs in college CEV, Ecell ,ACM, Drishti, Phoenix

There are 14 hostels in svnit 3 for girls and rest for boys The facility is okay okay as most of the hostels are very old I am in second year and I have been allotted a new hostel which is very good Most of the hostels are spacious The registration for hostels are done through online portal Mess food is also okay okay in taste

I gave jee mains exam And got the admission here I got 97.24 percentile and got the admission in first round with home state quota I didn't apply for other colleges as I wanted to come here only and also wanted to live hostel life that's why I choosed the college and also being away from home teaches you a lot and thus I came here

I belong to mechanical department and our department has very good quality teaching staff with 4 proffersors being in the top 2 percent in world and also exams are taken on half sem format that is we have mid sem and end sem and regular class tests are taken

The intime for the hostel entry gate is 10:30-11:00 Boys can roam in the campus at any given time but girls have to strictly follow the intime of 10:30-11:00 Gym and library is open to everyone But you can access it only during certain time period Night canteens are there in almost all hostels Outside campus there are so many hangout places
