Life at presidency university

The course that I chose is booming right now so the college helps me gain the knowledge about my course to survive in the IT industry. The course also helps us to build soft skills which is also thought in our college

The internships are offered from the first year itself but you have to mostly pay for them to get certified. Most of the internships that are mandatory are given from second year and third year which would help us in the future.

The placements in our college is average as the placement percentage is high but the placement packages are low. The placement percentage was 95% and the highest package was 13L per annum and average was 4L per annum.

The fees is 350000 per annum and 1400000 for the total course. We have various scholarships such defence, merit, sports students from J and K and Andaman Nicobar, students with disabilities, widow mother, etc.

The campus life is amazing at presidency university as it hosts many events, the most recent event was mind rocks in which there were multiple celebrities who had come such as MCsquare, jonita Gandhi, Bhuvan bham, ananya Pandey, etc. the clubs at presidency universities are vast we have multiple clubs which you can choose from like NSS, NCC, sports, theatre, etc.

I chose this college over other colleges because it offers slot of events and clubs which is my sole reason to join this college. The campus life is amazing here while also providing good resources for studies and good faculties too

The faculties know their subjects well, they are very approachable when needed and they are very helpful. The exams are very easy to clear but to score good marks for good CGPA you need to study well. The exams are conducted semester wise.

The college is located far from the main places in Bangalore so the travelling is hard. The locality of the college is village like so it might be a little risky to roam out at night. Famous malls around our college are galleria mall and mall of Asia.
