Negative: fees structure is ok but it should still be reduced. Sports activities should be really encouraged. Infrastructure needs to be still good. Positive: many MNC companies visit our college for placements Staffs are really good. U can enjoy ur college life.

It's a fresh course for those students who really wants to shine their career in IT sectors.you will be having placements from both vels and as well as from NIIT which is linked to this course.Taking this course will surely help you to get placements in top It companies like Infosys,Wipro,TCS,etc.

Yes my college provides internship.The internship will be mostly for It companies like Wipro,Infosys.the stipend will be around 14k per month for a beginner.There are many departments in my college according to department wise the internship varies.

Placements are really good.If any student doesn't keep arrear in this final year he /she will be allowed to appear for IT interviews.If the student has even a single arrear would not be allowed to attend the interview.job opportunities are very good if a student is good in his academic records.

Vels nakshatra This event falls in the month of February. it's a two day celebration. there will be lots and lots of games special programs and also street dance.Even staffs from our college use to wear special dresses for dance.Many actors and actresses will be coming as cheof guest to our college for several events.last three years Aravind swami sir,pt Usha,Jayam Ravi and many more visited our college for events.The students would be provided with a cash prize if they win any competition.

It's feasible.many middle class peoples children study in this college.Taking my course in account its around 30000 per SEM.Its ok in fees.many departments fees differ as per the infrastructure too.one more thing if a student fails to pay the fees he /she would not be allowed to write their semester exams.

There is a scholarship if a student has secured good marks in 12th standard.and also loan facility if a student doesn't have father or mother.Or if he is having any disability.one important thing to note If the student parents are in media field then he /she need not to pay the tuition fees.they should only pay the exam fees.

Football,hockey, volleyball, badminton are the sports in our college.our college has a special coach for sports.our college has nearly 9 computer labs ,12 chemistry and 12 engineering labs.I would rate 4 out of 5 for our college labs.

I would rate 4 out of 5 for hotels In my college there is Basanta bhavan which is a vegetarian hotel.I would rate 3.5/5 for infrastructure.In some departments still infrastructure needs some alignments.

Yes until or unless you remain in contact with them. Most of the seniors are really helping minded. I have experienced in my academics.They also help in notes as well as in placements too.If u have any passion the seniors will really help you.

Since it is a demeed University it has a linient checking for the semester exams.The SEM exams timing will be from 10:40 to 12:40. The exam structure is very good in vels university.you are even allowed to carry calculator for maths exams.

Yes I got the admission in this college on 2016.The admission process is very simple.Our college had a counselling section where i went there to know about this course.They said about the fees structure and the course details and also about the placement process.Then finally I had a small interview with hod of my dept.That's it.

Faculties are really very genuine and friendly in nature some teachers are strict in academics but still they behave as a friend other than academics.staffs in vels are all PhD. completed.The teachers will help if any student faces any problem in any subject taking special time too.
