Course Curriculum Overview
The civil engineering in amrita university is unique from other colleges becoz of their way of teaching ,availability of tools for practical teachings and on going constructions inside the campus.the frequency of exams will be around once in 2months timing will be 2hours.
Placement Experience
From 7th semester students are egilible for campus students..since i am a first year student i am not sure about placements.The number of companies coming here are less in numbers and only few students are getting placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
I came here by scholarship and so my fees for the first year is 1lakh and it varies to the students according to their marks scored on entrance exam.This fees will increase if i failed to maintain 8 cgpa every year...maximum fees will be 2.5L excluding hostel fee.
Campus Life
Campus life here was really good comparing to other colleges because we have enough cultural activities and workshops to learn many things.there will be ongoing events for the whole year.students coming from many colleges will be participating.
Admission
The name of this university is more better than many other colleges outside because this is the no.1 deemed university and the environment were students from everywhere come to learn here.the admission process will be called aeee
Faculty
The faculties in this college are well educated and capable of teaching students.their way of teaching doesn't seems good but their interaction with students makes learning more interesting.there will be 2 exams per sem..model exam,end sem excluding class tests,assesments.
Night Life
After 9pm students are not allowed to go outside..this is only for first year students.from next year it will increase from half an hour respectively.we are allowed to roam inside hostel 24/7 no restrictions are there for this.
