Dislikes
- The college doesn't have a basketball court they i don't like
- The surroundings out our college is so filthy they need to clean it up
- There is no proper washroom facilities for both boys and girls
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculums are good . We even have seminar where people from other city and state come to our college. And this prepares us for the real world. We should have proper washroom for both boys and girls with proper hygiene.
Fees and Financial Aid
I paid ?4000/- for first and second year. The fees for ST category is ?4000/- per year . The fees for general or OBC ?5000/- approximately. There are many scholarship that you can apply for instance medhabruti, post matric and ST SC welfare it is very helpful for the student who have financial problems.
Campus Life
The infrastructure is good of my college but there is no basketball court. The classroom are good enough. There are many clubs like drama club, there is ncc and nss which you can take part. There is a library where you can study.
Hostel Facilities
The room of hostel is good. 5 people stay in one room. The water facility is not good and even the food. The registration process was affordable. If you wanted a rented house you can take under 2000. There is no proper hygiene in hostel kitchen
Admission
I applied for bjb college Bhubaneswar but I gotten admission in this college cause it is near from my hometown. The cuttoff of our college is high but in Bcom it's not more. The admission process was simple we need to apply for college in sams then go to college for further requirements.
Faculty
In our commerce Department the strength is 400 and the faculty members are 15. The faculties are good they help us in studies and any curriculum activity. I like every faculty but some are there who are little bit strict whom I don't like. 2 exams are held in one semester mid term and end term. Recently I gave my end term examination and the paper was little bit hard than last year. Likely 40 to 50 students fail in every exam.
Night Life
The surrounding outside college is so filthy. There are cafes, Institutions and banks near college. The hostelers cannot move out from hostel after 5:30 pm its applicable only for girls. There are amazing places toh roam around.
