What Students Say

Likes

The faculty is friendly and also they support the students a lot
The labs are always in working condition
They have a good canteen and a clean washrooms

Dislikes

Compulsory attendance and restrictions on everything
Very limited fun events and a smaller sem
No budget for technical societies in college

Course Curriculum Overview

It is relevant but the faculty really does not care about students extra curricular activities, they only think about study and study, they will give us like 10 courses of 10 hrs and expects us to complete it in 1 week

Internships Opportunities

There were a lot of unpaid internships like , BSNL , JIO, DURDARSHAN , HP , mostly tgey were all telecommunication internships which were unpaid obv , it's really rare to get a paid internship provided by the college

Placement Experience

It's bad tbh , it's really bad , they won't let the ExTV students sit for half of the IT companies and Core branch companies don't even come for the placements and then they expect us to get placements

126000 per year 109000 tuition fees 11600 development fees 4000 exam fees 400 gymkhana fees 500 admission fees My college is a Sindhi Minority College so it only has Sindhi Reservation and their fees is around 5-6k per year It also has SC/ST and other reservations My SC friend has a fees of 5k per year

Campus Life

I'm In IEEE VESIT and the club activities are very restricted like we used to have this fun event called praxis now they cancelled it due to the small semester which "They" created so we can have "2 Months" of vacations

Hostel Facilities

It's good actually byt they only provide hostel for 2 years after that you have to shift elsewhere in the area on your own so i prefer my own private Hostel a bit far from the college , and the food is nice too

Admission

I got admitted in the ACAP round in this college as I did not had enough marks for other colleges and it was a good college before I came here as the placements were at peak in 2021 vut it dropped in 2022 only

Faculty

There are around 10-15 faculties per department for around 120 students per year per department , I like Shobit Sir from our faculty and also Chintan Sir , I don't like Mrugendra sir and also Nadir Sir

My day by day growing college CTAE

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Placement Experience:

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

As my 12th board exam over i want to do b.tech in electrical engineering so i choose vit college in Jaipur.
