Just Ok

As I mentioned earlier it depends on which branch are you in. Computer science faculty are very strict and pressure you on stupid assignments which will not at all help you in future. There is no dress so it is a positive remark. Rest of the things are subjective so can’t comment on that.

They provide a bunch of useless assignments and believe it is the right path which is clearly not. But some good companies come for college placements and as the standard of students are easy to surpass it is a very good chance to get selected. All you have to do is maintain a gpa of 7 and do alot of coding and you will be selected in a very good company.

Some companies come to offer internships but as it is a very old college and people believe it is a good college ,you can get an internship locally outside the college with some efforts. Some of the good companies which offer internship with ppo are Goldman Sachs, etihum.

As I mentioned earlier the job opportunities are alot because so many companies are there on and off campus. On campus there is Goldman Sachs, etihum, deloite, persistent, HSBC, etc. You can get any of these if you are good at coding.

There are some event going on in the college because there are bunch of clubs, none of them is very fascinating but the main college fest ayam is good. You can also join some club and learn management skills if you want. There is an anual event which involves graffiti on which you will be all night out with your friends. You can either be in college, sneak out anything you want.

Fee structure is very economic and easy to afford. All branches have equal fee except information technology and bio medical branch. They have 50 percent more fee than the other other branches. It might have increased but I have paid 25000 per semester.

There is no loan facility provided by college but scholarships are provided to some minorities. There is some private scholarship as well which I have not much idea about. Loan can be taken on educational loan from private banks.

There are few activities like NDA, gramiksha and some club acitivities. Labs are different for every branch for example there is heat engine lab, computer labs, some labs where they do all type of mechanical activities. Sports which are played majorly is basketball and badminton. But cricket football is also played.

I am localite so it is not fair to comment on hostel but the culture of hostel is not very good as they consider every localite as enemy and a constant fight is going on between them. Infrastructure is good in some buildings but the old one are in a bad shape. There are sports complex, AC labs basketball football cricket grounds

There is a group alumni network for the passouts which are placed in different companies which are amazon, Goldman sachs, flipkart, hsbc, etc. They are the reason companies come to the college. If you talk to them explicitly they will provide you proper guidance.

Speaking of computer science, it is harder than other branches offered by the college. Some courses are really tough to score and they need some boot lickers. So if you do so you will get high internals and to score in the main exam you just have to get notes from the topper or make your own and prepare from previous papers.

My marks in jee mains was 213 and my 12th percentage was 76.6 so my rank fell down to 19000. But these days rank is decided purely on the basis of jee mains score. Madhya Pradesh colleges are alloted after the process of national level colleges and you have to register for it through MP online and fill your choices.

Most of the faculty think they know everything and they try to force you to do stupid assignments. But some of them will be really helpful and they can extend deadlines and help you with the projects and proper directions.
