Just an avg college

Positive - Helful teachers and sports activities and facilities in college. Also a chance to join NCC if youre a defence aspirant. Negative - Behaviour of staff sometimes is very rude. Also the environment around the college isnt good. Students of the nearby school also share the same playground are abusive and vulgar upto an extreme.They try to engage in fight with college students as most of college students are hostlers or outsiders. Atleast for the girls the environment isnt friendly at all.

You will have to work for your own. Teachers are well educated and humble but yeah after 1st year students stop coming to college regularly so the classes wont be there for some sections until you have some students who are willing to study. Only issue i faced was if youre a sports participant and have less attendence in practical lab then they will deduct marks even if youve done experiment accurately and given viva well. So they dont mind from what situation youre going through. Either youre financially not stable or whatever. They will listen to those reason only if they know you better otherwise they wont give you good marks in practicals.

To be honest i dont find the internship program to be helpful at all atleast for my batch BSc (PCM) it was irrelevant. Regardless of what you will given internshipbased on their choice. Youre thinking about pursuing in field of physics and youll get internship in chem or maths. So for me i didnt like it at all. No stripened was there. The students who had internship in chemistry had to pay to the company themselves and even the teachers told the students that you have to give them money.

As much as im concerned about all this not even a single student got placed anywhere from the college atleast. I pursued BSc(PCM). Its all upto you if you wanna go look for job then you may search it out for yourself but then the location actually doesnt suit it much bcz in Indore there arent much industries available better look in Delhi or Gurugram.

Events are celebrated mainly during the annual fest.Some of the festivals are being enjoyed by the students themselves. College doesnt show much interest in all of that. You can celebrate holi and various other events also take place like food carnival, tatoo making, rangoli competition and so on.

Fee structure is feasible and the college also provides scholarships to the students based on their castes.Girls also get scholarships in the college which is somewhat around 50%. So the fee is affordable for almost everyone.

Girls are provided with 50% of scholarship. So they have to pay 50% of the fee resoective of the subjects they have choosen for themselves. Also the students belonging to ST/SC or OBC get scholarships in the college.

Labs are well and good. In field of sports youll get immense opportunities. If you prove your worth then youll be given a chance to represent the college in inter college tournaments and also you are given opportinity to dispay your talent in intra college tournaments being held in college anually.

No hostel facilities are available. Infrastructure is limited but sufficient for the students. In field of sports you also get a badminton court having two courts where students willing to represent the college or improve their game can work on themselves.

Seniors are actually helpful for the students if they seeking help and are willing to ask them for help though it depends on who the senior is individually. As far as based on my experience my seniors were very helpful.

Not at all good they can suprise you at any moment of time. Timetable is published by DAVV university and they can do anything they want. Sometime they took our examination in may-june and sometimes even in feb.

You just have to provide necessary documents for the admission like all the marksheets and pay a little admission fee. There is no specific criteria for admission in this college. Youll be taken in for sure.

Faculty is very well educated and has immense amount of knowledge but they will unleash that knowledge only if you put in extra efforts for that. Some of the teachers are extremely helpful. But then coin have both the sides so some them are very rude and also irresponsive. This may sound weird but thats true i have used the word irresponsive cz i have faced this. Would you hear the word " I wont be doing this cz i dont want to, do whatever you want to do". Or how would you feel when two studentsrequesting for the same thing are treated differently? One has to write an application and has to get it signed from principal and then he will tear that in front of you but the other person is not asked to do anything and will get his work done within minutes.
