I liked the supportive staff and faculty members.

If you do not attend the college 5 marks will be deducted.

Dislikes

Some infrastructure for sports is missing
There is no hostel in the campus there is land awaiting the construction
You have to travel by bus or auto to reach the college from station takes 30 mins.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum that is prescribed for law in the college is well related with the industry standards and is relevant and comprehensive in nature with the proper relation with contemporary industry demands.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Annual fee for non-reserved candidates is 50,000 for B.B.A.LL.B (Hons ), faculty is supportive also the admin staff is good and supportive. The Thane Campus conducts classes of BMS.MBA. and BBALLB. Campus is Balkum area Thane .

Campus Life

Frankly there is as such no college life here, the infrastructure is also mediocre and the problem is that there is also infrastructural issues like maintenance towards the college is not very good in nature.

Admission

I chose this college over others because its a government college and is not very expensive, also one can live nearby the college with less expenses as compared to other colleges. Also one can do other activities also like internships without any problem from college's side.

Faculty

Faculty members are quite supportive towards the students. One can ask for help in academics as well as in co curricular activities from them. Course structure is based on the guidelines passed by UGC and Bar Council of India.

Night Life

One can explore Mumbai, Thane and other neighbourhoods nearby. If one wants he/she can go to nearby areas for enjoying the nightlife its an easy commute to and fro from the Thane station ana take train to reach their destination.

GLC Mumbai is the greatest law college!!

Placement Experience:

Trilegal, JSA, AZB, Tatva Legal and various other law firms from Mumbai itself offers us jobs worth 10 to 20 lakhs. In a cours where only a few colleges have placements ours is one of those. It has tie-ups with many lawyers and firms whichbare into litigation or arbitration.

Placement Experience:

From 4th Year of the college the student is eligible for a pre-placement offer, main placements happen in the Final year i,e. 5th year. Companies that hire majorly are Tier-1 and Tier-2 law firms, like AZB, Khaitan&Co. Average package goes to about 15-16LPA. My plan is not fixed yet, but I aim to pursue SEBI or RBI law officer exam.

Our college was established in 2003 and it is affiliated to University of bombay. Infrastructure is very good, library is resourceful with lots of books and journals . Classrooms are neat and clean. Campus is beautiful.

Remarks:

My admission to this college has been a blessing because I have witnessed the most polite and supporting teachers who are not biased on any basis and are always ready to help. The ambience of the college is also nice. Special reference to the office staff, the office staff is super polite, helpful and supporting and they are very joyful and always cheer you up.

Nice Learning Journey at GVAIET

l applied to other colleges like VJTI and Sardar Patel but got admission only at GVAIET. I chose GVAIET because of good faculty, updated syllabus, and better placements. I missed other colleges due to lower entrance ranks. Admission here is through CAP counselling based on MHT-CET. Eligibility is HSC and Diploma.
