Gniot college and hostel

Doing btech from GNIOT is a good choice, It will provide you degree of btech from a college affiliated from AKTU in not such big fees , 6 lakh is okay for the things that are provided in college, you will have a good faculty and study environment.

There is no such good placement in this college just because students are not doing well, otherwise college has provided a good environment. If you talk about internships and placement offers you can get it from 3rd year onwards

Total fees for Btech ( CSE ) students is 6 lakh 7 thousand 8 hundred...there is no other fees required other than this,, Just you will have to pay 7500 per year to AKTU for giving semester exams which is mandatory in all AKTU colleges . There is also hostel provided in college campus you can opt that which has fees of 1 lakh 25 thousand per year for 3 seater bed and 1 lakh 35 thousand for 2 seater bed ( both for cooler rooms ) and extra 45 thousand will be charged if you opt for AC rooms , there is seperate hostel for girls and boys , there is proper security...Also If you are living away from college you can opt for college Bus which will charge seperately. You will also get UP and jharkhand scholarship in this college, If you are from Bihar you can go for BSCC loan. If you come from economically backward classes you will get fee waiver scholarships and all.

In our college you will not see much fests and all but you will get a good orientation session in the beginning of college which is really a good start Also you will get 1 week Student induction programme in starting which are done by seniors in which you will be involved in extra curricular activities Then you will get your freshers party in which any one celebrity types will come and make your day memorable and also dance , singing and ramp walk etc performed by 1st year students. And different prizes will be distributed for this. Classrooms are good Campus is okay Library is really good , you can go there for study and books

In room if you opt for cooler room you will get Cooler And if you opt for AC rooms you will get ac And also you'll be provided with student kit which include all basic things that is required in hostel like bucket, mug , curtain, blanket, bedsheet, pillow cover, toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, comb etc. Also for registration of hostel you'll have to pay 25 thousand before that is included in your hostel fees itself Menu of hostel is changed every season . You'll get breakfast, lunch , snacks and dinner Sundays you'll get only tea in evening there is no snacks You'll be provided with washing machine on all floor which include 20-40rs per wash

If you talk about the admission process you can take admission directly or by counselling ( aktu counselling). If you are talking admission directly You will directly pay some amount of fees to college after talking with college counsellors whose phone number are provided on official site of GNIOT . And if you talk about counselling you can go after JEE results in aktu counselling and directly book your seat from there if you are eligible for this You will also get some eligibility criteria if you are taking admission directly.

There is seperate faculty for each department and subjects, you will get a proper mentorship in college..If your class strength is 60 then there will be two mentors, the first 30 students will have one and the second 30 students will have one mentor. These mentors monitor students and talk to them on a regular basis and with their parents also to inform them whether they are doing good or not , and also they help students to tackle all kinds of problems. First year students are divided in two groups A and B And then both A and B group have seperate Dean who monitor all other sections. Each group have almost 8-9 sections with 60 students per section. And one mentor on per 30 students You will have to give 2 CT , (Class test ) in one semester.and then a full syllabus test known as PUT that is pre university test which is held just before the main semester to get the idea about your preparation and all.other than this you will have to give internal and external practicals which include the viva test of all practical you did whole semester and also the experimental test taken by college internal teacher and externals who come from other college to take your external exams. Personally all faculty are good. You will like all of them except few just because they don't teach well, college also take care about the students review and take actions on it. From 2nd year your department will have personal HODs who will take care about your all problems and all.

There is gym provided in both boys and girls hostel, canteen is provided during day time and night time till 2AM in both hostels And the hostel gate closes at 9:30 pm for girls and 10 pm for boys And college gate closes at 8:00 - 9pm Library time is 9 am to 7 pm from Monday to Friday And 9 am to 5 pm on Saturdays and on Sundays library is closed. There is no such famous place near college Yeah but you'll get metro station near to your college Also you will get India expo mart near And other colleges and fooding area near you Nearest market is jagat market
