Course Curriculum Overview

Exams are quite very good. I'm in 2nd year, doing BBA from GLS University. It's damn good. All exam and activities are designed very good. Like we have Quizzes, End has seen, Mid sem exams in very 2 months. This college is the best as it provides an opportunity for each & every student.

Placement Experience

They provide Internship's every month. I've been too in an Internship with a company "Fitcity". GLS University, gave me a big path to, explore.

College Events

Events are must and GLS doesn't fail to surprise you. Vielen +, MUN's, Mock Parliament, Dance, Humour hub, Every sport, Table tennis, Dance, Drama, etc. Every activity is being concerned and executed very well. Also, GLS doesn't force you to part in any event. If your good then has a hand on it.

Fee Structure And Facilities

We have 2 semesters in 1 year. So, fees for every semester is 20,000. Which makes 40,000 per year. And the same structure follows, for every year. The hostel is provided only for Girls. Boys have to find their own PG or hostels. Also, GLS have tied up many hostels, so boys can refer them.

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm not sure about the scholarship. But, my friend has got a scholarship. One can avail the scholarship. But, details are to be discussed in the Admin office.

Campus Life

Campus life is Amazing. You would find everything you want. It's amazing, incredible and worth remembering. GLS has it's a unique way of living. It's like my second home. It gives me, a lot of exposure to everything. After lectures, I usually sit in canteen or garden. It feels like heaven.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are very helpful. Ragging is restricted. Whenever I go & ask for help. Seniors are always ready to help.

Admission

The procedure is simple. Once you go to college. All the teachers would be there to assist you. You just have to fill the form and pass the minimum criteria of admission. That is, 70% and more than 70% marks of students, will lead to admission. Also, no entrance test. You can go only by filling the form.

Faculty

Faculty is very good and well experienced. All professors are qualified and they share very PPT & WORD file of every chapter for student's help. Also, lectures & seminar's conducted by them are very helpful. The faculty is the best in the business. Also, it's very productive.

My main reason for choosing this course was firstly the Simple BBA was not in that much demand due to the involvement pf technology in evry sector.due to this the course BBA ITM was best for the current times dur to the inclusion of technology and commerce and the curriculam was perfectly designed with the optimal mix of theory and practical applications of these knowledge by organizing events to back your theory and industrial exposure. The main area of improvement was recently covered by the collage by introducing more dynamic specialization like BI , digital marketing ,IT so thats all.the frequency and timing of exams are correct and the difficulty level of exams are close to 4 which can be high but its best

Placement Experience:

Campus placement varies between 4-8 LPA after graduation from GLS University. Almost 65% students gets the placement after getting degree which is still not bad for Tier 3 college. Campus placement also depends on Course you opted for and level of your skills. Companies like TCS, wipro, HCL, ICICI, Asian paints, and many more visited GLS University for campus Placement. Companies choose candidates from various Domains with certain rules and regulations followed by Universities guidelines. Candidate which has plan for MBA can also build strong foundation from choosing BBA course. But the overall packages still feels low as compared to living expense of today's world.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is not that what I expected to be I am more of the practical learning guy , but the faculties depending on their course are more of a lecture given type classes . The classes per subject are for an hour and the timings for the classes are accordingly given , their is two timings to attend the classes and their are two batch, morning batch and evening batch . The courses should be much of practical based and should be fun and interactive .

Our university is tied up with more than 1500 componies and every year more than 70% students are placed. Till now the highest package goes to ?1.10 crores which is in google, california. Its ok like course is a bit good but they don't provide the proper notes like if they will send you the notes there will be difference in the notes and it will be head ache for you to find the notes and some topics are missing too

I have applied to almost all the colleges affiliated with course of GU. With that I have applied to many renowned colleges Likes Nirma University and PDEU but the only thing that disappointed me is the Fee structure of that colleges which is more on higher side than It actually pays back after graduation. A review my college deserves

I applied to other 2 colleges which are Somlalit & hl but didn't get admission due to percentage requirements. And I choose gls as it was there is my preference from earlier and I won't regret my decision. I didn't get rejection but only thing went wrong was I required little more percentage for admission.
