Journey to JECRC UNIVERSITY

When I was in school i really like to go to computer labs and do something on computers. After that, i realised that i should go for computer science engineering as it is all about the coding ang problem solving. I think I am learning all the stuffs that are needed for the companies to get me acquired to their working places. I am willing to learn more and more in this field. I think in this course there should be mandatory selection of skills. College should teach some skills to the students which will help them in future. All the exams conducted in college gives sufficient time to students to complete the particular exam based on their difficulty level.

From 7th semester students becomes eligible for campus placement. Most of students gets placed in companies in ending of 7th semester. Companies like tcs, wipro, campaigne, accenture, amazon and filpkart mostly visits to our college. Our college last year highest package was of 33 lpa provided by Amazon and our college average package is of 4 lpa. Last year our college offered 1768. About 60-70 % students got placement. My future plan is to go for co-operate and work with companies.

When I entered the college i paid 82500 for one semester and 165000 year-wise. In 82500, 57750 was tuition fee and 24750 was other fee. I also got scholarship of 15% relaxation on overall fees which means instead of 82500 I have to pay only 65175. 15% relaxation is based on my 12th class percentage. Basically, if you have greater than 75% and less than 85% in 12th class then, you will get 15% relaxation and if you have more than 85% in 12th class then, you will get 20% relaxation.

In each year our college organise a fest named as JU RHYTHM which is one of the best fest of jaipur. This fest mainly conducted in March of every year. Our college has wide range of books in library you can easily get the book you want from library on rent basis. Recently, college has installed white screen projector in each classroom which really helps to understand the concept easily. Our college has main two grounds both are filled with the students who plays sports like football, volleyball and cricket. There are many clubs in our college named as JU eagles, Maverick club, Quintessence Dance Crew, swaraag club which are student-run social groups which helps to improve the students skills in they're interested.

I applied to many colleges like nirma university, but and many more but due to my low jee rank i didn't get seat. I applied to this college because one of the friends father suggested me about this college and I searched about this college over the internet and found it good. I got rejected from many colleges because I didn't give acpc exam which is a entrance exam for all Gujarat college to get admitted. Mainly JECRC UNIVERSITY provides admission based on your reap ranking. I also got admission to this college through reap ranking.

There are some faculty who really connects with students and understand the students. One of the our DSA faculty really good who motivate the all students. Such faculty needs to be in each semester because they help each and individual. But their are some faculty who really don't cares about students.They come and start teaching the students just like they are teaching themselves only. In total our college conducts 3 exams in which 2 are mid term exams and 1 is end sem exams. Most of the students easily passes the exam but 4-5 students fails to clear and get backlogs.

Our college looks very different in night because all the lights and lamps makes it very beautiful and enjoyable night. All the students living in hostel comes to central lawn where they make groups and enjoy the day. Other than hostel students outsider are also allowed in campus till 8 pm. Boys hostel gets closed at 9 pm and girls hostel closes at 8 pm. During the day time nbc coffee inside our college is one of the popular place. But nbc closes at night, at night students mostly visits nearby tea store to refresh their mind and all these places are safe to roam around at night
