Very nice college

Our college has a very positive and inspiring environment. Rest depends on the students that they want to make or break their future. If the students take interest then they can achieve a lot here. Thank you.

I chose to do btech in computer science and engineering as computers have always fascinated me. Here the professors teach you coding languages from very basic to experienced coding. You will learn c and c++ in college curriculum itself. And you can learn other languages in training period.

Yes college also provides internship from various companies. Many of my friends are doing internship with stipend of nearly 8k to 10k alongwith getting a placement at the company later on after completion of degree.

Placements and job opportunities are fine. Sometimes students have to look for placements themselves which bothers them a little. But the college staff guides you a lot. So getting placement is easy.

There are youth festivals , hostel nights , inter department sports , inter college sports , district level sports , etc. It is fun and quite inspiring to be a part of all this. Various societies of different departments like brics, etc conduct their own fests.

Well, the fee structure for a day scholar is nearly 40k per semester and for hosteler it is 50k on average. It may vary a little bit. For sc/st students fees is very less. There is a good library and a reading room also.

Scholarships based on minorities are given. Students who are university rank holders also get scholarships. You can talk to Hod of your department for other scholarship related details or you can go and ask in academic branch.

Our college provides you coaches for various sports. The college ground is very nice and spacious. There are badminton court , handball court , football ground , cricket ground , hockey ground , 400 metre track, kabaddi ground. There are lawns and a nice canteen too. Labs have good equipments as compared to other colleges. Lab assistant professors are also very nice. For youth festivals too you will get coaches. Our college has been 1st in drama and plays since last 3 years. You can participate in drama , plays , poetry , singing , dancing, giddha, bhangra, luddi, etc.

Hostels are quite spacious. The rooms are nice. People appointed for cleaning do their job well. If you have any problem you can talk to the caretaker or the hostel warden. They will listen to your problems and help you.

Alumni meets are held every year. Alumnus come and tell their experiences and various pros and cons of working in outer world. Students can also contact their alumnus and ask for help and guidance if they need.

We have 8 semesters overall and 2 trimesters in each semester. 60% Marks from external exam and 40% from internal. For attendance you get 10% in internal. 20% for internal exams and 10%for assignments.

I got admission based on merit. Here , they check the percentage of 10th and 12th and also see scorecard. I got admission very easily as my 12th class percentage and jee score was good enough. You can also get admission through management quota.

Faculty of my college was very nice. The professors are all very helpful. They listen to students very calmly and provide them with whatever solutions needed. They teach you theory as well as practicals.
