The course of Bcom here has some unnecessary subjects like Hindi and EVS which I think are of no use at all. But the other subjects are really great and therefore I chose to study them. Overall its a great course and also good to prepare for chartered accountancy.

Our college has remained a renowned institution of our district and even state from the start. It provides good academic facilities and the environment of the college is peaceful and competitive in a good way. Each time there are some or the other activities going on . The curriculum is very good. The only thing that we lack is infrastructure. Basic level of infrastructure is ok but our classes are not high tech and the campus is kind of small. Still it's decent level. That's all . I would say that there is no better college in the whole district compared to this one. If calculating in the terms of grading it as got an A+ . Everything aside ,at last , it's good . The fees is really affordable i.e. 2800 rupees per year for BCom. Many students who have been benefited with scholarship pay no amount. I think the charges are not based upon the category of student . However the priority for scholarship depends upon that.

The overall experience of studying here is pretty decent. We have a good playground, a library in which you can give your free time. The college also has a decent cafe . And the environment is rather good everywhere. Some of the classroom have smart boards and there are numerous clubs which you can join, especially the nss and ncc are one of the top tier groups/clubs in the whole state.

In my locality we have heard from the start that this is the best college in every term . My 2 elder siblings have also passed out from here and hearing from them I believed that this one would be right. Also we have to apply online for admission in this college and admission is based upon 12th class cut off which is generally high. This year the cutoff was 88% for BCOM

The faculty of teachers is highly qualified and good at teaching. We are following year wise system in bcom so we have 2 exams , first one is mid term and the other are our final exams. We are also given marks based upon attendance, assignments and our performance in mid terms

We don't have night time in the college but there is indeed a cafeteria where you have some decent meals and some beverages. The best thing is the location of this college. After college you can either go to the local market) street of Sanjauli, or visit the mall Shimla itself or even go jakhu temple on a free day.
