Course Curriculum Overview
It is not a course for everyone , to stay in the industry you really need passion for what you are doing, otherwise you'll not know when the 3 years went by and what you were doing in these 3 years.
Internships Opportunities
Yes they provide internship for 6 month , which is called as IT i.e industrial training. We work in all 4 core departments in any of the 5 start property in India or abroad. We get a check about what the industry is and is it what we really want to do.
Placement Experience
They have the best connection in the industry and whoever sit for campus placements ends up getting the job. And all the hotels want students from IIHM because they are the best institute and produce the best hotelier
College Events
Our college is all about events , every other month there is an event where students are urged to participate to the fullest , some of the main events are the 3rd year food fest that's basically the event headed by the seniors of the college then and the biggest event is the YCO ( young chef Olympiad) where culinary students from around 50 countries represent their country and take part in a cook off
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees is on a little higher side , it costs you around 1.8L a year and for the 3rd year the fees goes up by and extra 70-75k for enrollment in the university of West London for a BA in Hospitality management.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is a discount in the fees goes of students who have scored more than 80, 85 , 90,95 in their boards , and all the nationalised banks give loans for your studies in this college.Even there is scholarship for people who win the YCO.
Campus Life
The course itself will keep you so engaged that u don't need extracurricular activities , but when it comes to activities they don't hold back in encouraging the students to participate in events and they have always supported the students to do what they are good at.

They are always ready to help when we reach out to them. They share their experiences in the industry and they are always there to make sure we don't do the same mistakes as they did when they were in our place.
Exam Structure
This is a 3 year course, so we have 6 send Out of which one sem is entirely about your internship. They other 5 sems end after every 6 months with exams , practical and theoretical. There are presentation exams as well for improving our research skills.
Admission
I had to apply online , then I had to give an online test in the college , few days later after the results there was a GDPI round a week later the list was put up. It was a very new expirence as I was just out of 12th
Faculty
The best faculties are in IIHM, most of them are former management trainees from big properties with a fair bit of expirence, they make learning a fun process and that's the best part about it.They are also friendly and welcoming which makes us even more comfortable around them.
