Nice college

The college has an amazing infrastructure for the students to enjoy in their free time. Any student can play in the sports room. The college also has a parking lot for those who come in their vehicles. It isn't very convenient for those who travel in BMTC.

I don't regret joint this course. It's one the best course in the college.The teachers are very well versed with the subjects and they make it interesting by making us participate in a few activities.

Our college has a department- III Cell which provides us various summer and winter internships. We get to learn a few programming languages. Last time we also had the opportunity to work in a project.

As told above the same III Cell manages the placements as well. A number of companies visit our campus through out the year. We have special training arranged to train ourselves. If you are eligible they you can definitely get placed !

We celebrate a number of events. At first we celebrate ganesha festival. Then ecah semester one branch will have their cultural fest. Students from other branch can participate in it. Then we'll have interdependent sports. In the even semester we organise the college fest - Interact. We also celebrate environmental day , etc.

The fee structure is feasible. The fees for each year will be below 70,000 if you've been admitted through CET. If we avail the transportation facilities then we'll have to pay 20,000 or below according to the bus stop.

There are a number of scholarships available. You can also take loans from certain banks , the loans can be taken back if you fail in any one subject. The KEA board gives scholarship for students from a poor background.

As I said earlier we have fests organised by senior students once a year.The labs have good equipments , each student gets a computer in software labs. In hardware a team of 2 students perform the experiment. We have a separate sports room where you can enroll yourself into sports. You'll have regular training and the college will support for your matches.

The hostel has been rebuilt. It's clean and tidy. The food is not bad. The hostel for boys and girls are separate. The wardens are friendly. You can opt for a comman bathroom or a separate one. The fees depends on that.

The senior students are peaceful. They help us if we're in a dilemma. The college doesn't support ragging. The college invites a few successful alumni students to the college and arrange a talk to inspire the students.

For every semester we'll have three internals and one lab internals. After that we'll have practical exams and then theory exams. The internals is for 30 marks and the main exam is for 100 marks which is later reduced to 60 the remaining 40 is for our internals and assignments.

I got admitted to this college through CET. After the KEA board announced the results we had the first round of selection. I got this college in the first round itself. Then I visited the college , liked it and I got admitted.

All the faculties are knowledgeable and are well versed with their subjects. They are available after college hours to explain and clear our doubts. They are friendly and they support us to participate in extra curricular activities as well.
