College is avg. If you want a college in NCR REGION particularly greater noida Galgotias college is the best.If you can get in other good colleges like BITS or vIT prefer those colleges .

JEE Mains ,BITSAT and UPTU are the major exam I appeared in. Scored edged marks in JEE Mains hence applied for the UPTU Mains counciling and got GCET. ALTHOUGH, one can also enroll on the bases of 12th boards percentage and direct admission are also considered.

UPTU is the worst govt. University or I should say worst state govt. University. There is no column for upgradation of the curriculum. What is going on since last 10 years is as it is persuaded,no change improvements. Not very good considering the changing technocrats sinario.

Companies that select interns are Intel ,wipro,TSC ,congnizent,adata etc. The avg pack is around 3 -4 lacks. Criteria for select is more than 70% avg score ( cgpa) knowledge of a high level language. Good verbal communication skills etc.

Placements from galgotia college are quite decent .The avg. Package is around 3-4 lacks .Few students also get Google Indiplacements,but all are outside campus placements.As per a carrier launcher the college provides a satisfied platform.But marks and clearing companies selection processor is the base for job placements.

GQ G-qusar Galgotias fest one of the biggest college fest of NCR .One of the most promising thing to look about the college .GCET all organises SUNBURNS in campus that's too wink in its own.

Fee is quite feasible at 1,28000 rs per annum.Though in campus Hostel is quite expensive prefer outside Hostel . There is also provision for fee waver seats through UPTU merit.

UPTU scholarship s are available .Plus the college also provides scholarship s for merits students.

Campus life is not so vibrant.Gender ratio is very low as in every engineering college .Good discipline among the students Decent crowd and more over people from all walks of life can be seen.

Hostel infrastructure is very good .But no basic facilities are provided ,food is bad Mess is very small .For girls the Hostel is just like a hotel .As we hav separate hostels for boys and girls ,Girls Hostel is way more standardised.

Alumni network is good too.College got many clubs ,such as dance club,drama club,rotary etc. All these providing a healthy interaction between the seniors and juniors.

Yes the exams and labs are frequent .Every semester 2 internal sessionals happen plus PUT .Internal VIVA for labs all takes place every session.

Faculty are knowledgeable. Very experienced but are restricted by the syllable to tech and management of college.No support to the faculty from the management of the college.
