Likes
- Infrastructure and overall environment its open and soft nature with plenty of greenery.there are good facilities as well and social life here is good .
- Well equipped classes and labs . All the lab equipments are good quality and new there is plenty of space in the classes and plenty of seating as well.
- Ratio of boys to girls is 7:4 . And regarding opportunities we have a different clubs for gaining extra skills and we get many opportunities like councils , volunteer work, workshops and seminar sessions .also many stipend based internships .
Dislikes
- Poor management system . Sometimes there is confusion of classes cuz of mixup . Last year they took a lot many admission because of which there was rush and chaos and lot of confusion
- Lot of money charge. Firstly they ask for a lot of fees amd after that if u wamt to participate in any thing u gotta pay other fees as welll and everything is quite expensive inside the campus .
- What i hate the most is that any event that takes place like anual fest or other festivals .. U have to pay for the entrance passes . I mean Our college our festival and we still have to pay for entry tickets .
Course Curriculum Overview
Exams are easy and are mainly based off assignments given . Subject system pattern is good But also they are strictly tracked on same pattern everytime. Also there are workshops and seminars which help a lot and is fun to gain so much of real world knowledge.
Placement Experience
Welll placement record of jecrc is quite good with heighest of 45 lakhs per annum Average package is 5 lakh per annum Student's become eligible after 6th semester for placements Other than placement there are many internship opportunities as well .
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fees is 2 lakh 20 thousand The fees has to be submitted after each semester That is every 6 months 1 lakh 10 thousand . For every new year admissions there is rapid increment in the overall fees . 60000 for tuition fees 50000 for extra curriculum Every semester (6 months) Also there is a scholarship which is based on your 12 marks . And for this u also need to maintain your attendance over 75 percent . Depending upon ur marks It varies from 15 percent deduction to 30 percent in total fees .
Campus Life
Overall is campus life is really good and comfortable. Enough canteens and food court With plenty of greenery .. There are many clubs as well like theatre, vocal club , etc I am myself registered in literature club Other than that we organize blood donation camps every few months
Admission
Well earlier the fees was not too much so it was worth it . I had heard about the social and campus life and different fest and events . Over other colleges Jecrc has more number of events . Every week there is something intresting. Admission process was easy 12 class marksheets and documents And Your basic documents . As in eligibility there is no such requirements All you need is to get passed from 12 class . I didn't apply to any other place except here .
Faculty
The faculty is good and really friendly. There are a few exceptions of course . And exams are easy if u study regularly. Each semester of 6 months contain 3 exams Two in terms and one end term Exams are mostly based on the given assignments Each subject has give assignments in a single semester 75 percent is mandatory in each individual subject Otherwise u r considered detained. To remove detention u have to pay rs 10000 of each subject .(too much ) Some teachers are really cool and friendly while some are strict but both are good
Night Life
Nightlife is not so great After dinner in the mess canteen We get to roam inside the campus only Girls are restricted to go after 7 pm And boys are restricted after 8 pm Everyday there is checking of rooms and attendance is mandatory. Food offered is good and we get 4 times a day Whcih also includes snacks and tea .
