- The free atmosphere there , without any discrimination and favors between students.
- the cleanliness in the premises was really very good though it was government college
Dislikes
- the placement provided by college was not good enough. they should try to give more placements to students .as it is really tough for students to get job as a fresher.
- the teaching faculty in the college was teaching mostly in Gujarati medium which was not good as half of the students were not able to understand.
- they shouild also give the distance learning education for students who are not being able to further study due to there financial and other reasons.
Course Curriculum Overview
This course i took because i was always been interested in it . the curriculum structure was also very good as it is based on the real world examples.as they give more pressure on theory based things as they should give equal importance to practicals too ,so the students are confident enough to work in the outside world.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure for all the 3 year were almost same and the admission fees was 560-590Rs.During the admission there is difference between various caste catrgories. And there was a slight difference between various castes like SC/ST,OBC,nad GENERAL. The fees for sc/st =500rs, obc =515rs,general = 590rs There are various pros and cons in this cut off in education industry whic is based on caste category. the main pros for the less fees structure for SC/ST is that lower middle class group or the tribal people would be more educated.and they can be independent too..
Campus Life
there were the various cultural celebration which have been held by college for the students to celebrate ,learn various things and to boost the confidence of students. so they can be confident enough to speak infront of peoples
Admission
i choose this college as it was the only government college in my city. and due to various reason it was impossible for me to go to another city for further studies. the admission process in the college was also smooyh enough there was 5 merit list there which have the name of students selected.the selection was purely based on the marks of science and maths.as i wanted to take admission in bsc.
Faculty
Altough i dislike the fact that the teaching faculty was teaching mostly in gujarati medium and the students were from various regions or state .they faculty should teach in english or hindi as it can be learned by every students. i like mukesh nair sir the most in my college as he was very good ib his job . and the one whom i dont like was the himanshu sir who was always talking in gujarati which was very tough for us to understand
Night Life
as my college was in small town there were not enough places to hangout nearby .so we use to chill at cafetarias. and in college campus .and there was pool area were we use to sit for hours doing gossips and chilling.
