- Discipline: Our college's discipline is top notch and 75% attendance is compulsory.
- Environment is good in the college . Studies , games, extra-curricular activities all goes simultaneously
Dislikes
- All teachers are not top notch. Most of the teachers are very talented and helpful but some are very new & freshers not skilled
- Half of the lab in college are 32 bit operation system based so they are slow
- Late fees is very high 25-/ . We need to pay the fees as soon as the college starts otherwise we need to pay late fees
Course Curriculum Overview
Computer Science and Engineering is my branch and I opted this course because I wanted to get a good paying job so that I can improve my financial condition. In college we have to study all the theory and lab or practical work is not top of the line . Practical teaching is average. But in exchange out college provides technical training but they take charges for the training.
Placement Experience
Placement is highest in the state but most of the companies are sales based ,some are tech companies they provide 3-5 LPA package, some students they do get good package as they apply for off campus with skills you can get a good package.
Fees and Financial Aid
The year-wise fees I pay for tution fees is Rs.76100 (per semester Rs.38050) ,with annual sports fees of Rs. 500 . And if the due date is exceeded then we have to pay Rs. 25 per day as late fees. As I am a general category student I don't get any scholarships, but my friends of OBC or SC/ST they do get scholarships annually .Our college also provide Soft Skill training & the fees is Rs.1000 per semester (annually 2000). And for Technical training the fees is Rs.6000 per semester (annually 12000).
Campus Life
My overall experience was average in the college. But the experience with my friends that was amazing and memorable. Engagement with teacher is also good , cannot saty in the canteen for long time we need to attend classes or else we can be suspended. The fest is good we enjoyed a lot in VYOM our annual fest .
Admission
I choose this college by reference of my brother's friend who passed out from this college. I was not allowed to go to other state so I opted this college and as I heard the college also provide placement opportunities. I thought of SSPMT raipur but over the time I chose Rungta College.
Faculty
Faculty are skilled and helpful to students. Some of the teachers they fail to interact with every student and cannot engage with every student present. But some teachers do their best to make students understand each topic. According to me the faculty of our college are average.
Interview Experience
No. I don't face any types of GD or PI as I was admitted through CGPET . Entrance exam for engagement in chhattisgarh before that I visited college and consulted the faculty incharge for admission they told me all the admission prosess
Night Life
As I am a PG students not a hosteller can can't describe this section more. But for girls it is strict to go out in night ,boys do get time to play wo move arround. Mess is also good except the furnishing.
