College Life At Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women

I have chosen my course as it is a new specialization of computer science and trending course currently. As our curriculum also includes improving practical knowledge it prepares us for real-world applications. For every 6 months we will be having semester examinations and the difficulty level is medium.

The companies that are offering internships in our college are Capgemini, Infosys, Infenion, Accenture, etc. with a stipend of 50000 per month. I have done the projects on machine learning and using front and backend and Javascript.

From 3-2 we will be having campus placements in our college. The students who are having more than 75% attendance and who are not having active backlogs can be eligible for tha campus placements. The companies visiting our college are Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, Infenion, etc. The highest package is 45LPA and average package is about 5LPA. Almost 90% of the students are getting placed every year with good packages. My plan is just to get a good job in good company.

Every year we will be paying 70000 which is given by the government as a scholarship. As i am opted for hostel, for the hostel and mess i will be paying 90000 every year. For other categories also the fee is same. But for the ones who are not getting scholarship they need to pay about 200000 per year.

Every year we will be having a fest called TECHNOVA where differents events will be conducted by students in which our college students and the students from other colleges also participate. Our college also celebrates festivals like Sankranthi, Diwali, etc. We are having a large library with different books and journals in it. We are also ground to play sports and different social clubs where students conducts different events.

The menu in our hostel is good and hygiene. We need to register for the hostels by visiting the college. We need to check for the hostels we liked and the fee structure and complete the registration process.

I haven't applied for any other colleges, SVECW is the first college i applied and i got admission to join in this college. I haven't got rejection from any other colleges. I have got admission in our college based on my EAMCET rank. I got 15000 rank in my EAMCET examination.

The relationship between faculty and students will be very good. If we are having any doubts they are very friendly to answer. We will be having exams for every 6 months and the difficulty level is medium. About 20% of the students fail to clear the exam.

My favourite spot in our college is the park and lake view. We are also having gym and library. I have opted for the hostel Manasa and we are allowed to roam in the nights also as ours is a womens college.
