A Students take on SVECW

I am from Information Technology department. In this curriculum , we have C, Java, Data Structures, Frontend Development, Fullstack Development, DataScience, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning.These courses and their order in the curriculum is very good and is very helpful for the students. And we also have to do projects on the technologies we have learned which enables us to focus on industrial requirement.

we were encouraged to apply internships in companies like google, amazon, flipkart, adobe, intuit. Stipend from these companies is 100000. Inorder to meet industry requirements students are trained to develop projects on real world usecases and with trending technologies.

From third year second semester placements will be started. From second year we were encouraged to apply internships in companies like google, amazon, flipkart. Companies like TCS, Accenture, Capegimini, Cognizant, Infosys will come for the college and conduct offline drives. 90 percent of the students will be placed. Highest package until now is 41 Lakhs per annum that is from Adobe and least package is 3Lakhs per annum and the average package is 5 Lakhs .

As i have qualified in APEAMCET i will get the scholarship form the AP government of 70000 per year.So i have to pay only hostel fee.Hostel fee in my college depends on the hostel you choose.My hostel fee is 87500 earlier but now it is increased to 91000.Later it may be increased as facilities increase.

There are many clubs present in the college.They include technical and cultural clubs as well. Technical and cultural fests will be conducted in the college.Hackathons and project expos are also conducted.Wide range of books and journals are available in the library.Classrooms contains wifi and projector for digital teaching.Sports competitions are also conducted.

In hostel rooms four members are allowed and a single washroom and two fans. Food in our college is good. Registration for hostel will be managed by our faculty . Hostel fees depends upon the hostel students choose. Lowest fees is 87000 and the highest is 130000.

Due to good placements in this college my first priority is this college but at the same time i have choose another colleges as an option such as Gayathri Vidya Parishad College.Since iam eligible for this college i got into this college and missed that college.

Faculty is very supportive and also serious about the studies as well. They encourages students to participate in various technical and extracurricular activities as well.For each semester two mid examinations, one lab internal examination, one external lab examination and one semester examination will be conducted.And the difficulty of these exams are moderate.

Apart from academics students are encouraged to include in clubs which improves creativity and team management.Gym is equipped with all the required facilities. After 11pm students are not allowed to roam in the campus. Students are allowed to go outside of the college only after taking the permission of higher authorities and parents. In the college there are stores to buy snacks where the students mostly hangout.
