Likes

I like my college campus because it is filled with nature.
Teachers are very friendly and supporting.
They serve great food with all hygiene precautions.

Dislikes

College time is not fixed. Like sometimes evening and sometimes morning.
Sometimes lecture got cancelled and they put the message when i reach college
Reading room has no area to sit its always packed.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have so much interested in coding. And that's what influenced me to choose this course. Yes it is very related to the real world application we solved real life problems using development. I think as a tech student i don't feel that they should add hindi as a subject. Yes we got ample amont of time to study for the exams.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 33000 per year

For Open caste in my college our fees is classified below for different caste and years like which the students are pursing: In First year-33000 Second year -34000 Third year-34000 SC /ST -2000-3000 Scholarship -27000

Campus Life

We have so many events in the colleges like we post tantrashtra newsletter every month in which we add all the activities and events of the month. Yes we have so many book in library and also we host sports and extra curricular activity.

Admission

I have applied sonawane, kelkar, and birla college but i liked birla college because of its atmosphere and study culture. No i don't get any rejection from any college. We had criteria that we should have minimum 75 in maths and also we had to fill the form of mumbai university and college form thats all.

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is good and the student relationship is always superb. I like most kalpesh Sir. He is the best. I can't say the faculty is bad because each faculty make efforts to teach us good things. Two unit test and two semester in a year. And the level is moderate. Yes it is very much relevant

Interview Experience

No there is not any type of exam or interview. Admission criteria was 75% . Overall the college is good and facilities also. I am greatly enjoying the college experience and the admission was very smooth.

Night Life

I don't go to hostel but in my college there is a gymkhana and also canteen which serves great food the timing of canteen and gym is evening till 5 o clock. There is a famous cafe momonation around my college

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

Nice Learning Journey at GVAIET

l applied to other colleges like VJTI and Sardar Patel but got admission only at GVAIET. I chose GVAIET because of good faculty, updated syllabus, and better placements.
