Course Curriculum Overview
The best curriculum i ever see as you can also be prepared for your Ca or cs exam The exam pattern was very unique. Every saturday there was a seminar and cia exam and the score you will score will affect the marks you scored in final examination.Attendance was compulsory as the attendance also got a marks
College Events
There are lots of events celebrated in my college, One of the best events was our fest Xavotsav, It was like a festival for 4-5 days, Another evnts was Beyond Barriers, Insignia,some cultural events,promotion of movie etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It was feasible at my time, The rate they charge was on quarterly basis, We have to deposit in the bank account of college which was situated at the campus of the college, There was also a condonation for them whose attendance fall short of 75%.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college didnot provide any scholarship or loan facility to students, As i was also not such a brighter and intelligent student so may be i was not awarded of any scholarship provided by college to students.
Campus Life
There are lot of extra curricular activities in college like intercollege fest ,intercollege sports like football or cricket,inter college dance, Our college represent mostly in all extra curricular activities.
Hostel Facilities
No i havenot opted for an hostel as my home was situated in that city only, But the college provide hostel facility for students who are coming from different parts of India, An hostel was situated just beside the college.
Alumni/Alumna
I am also alumni member,so i must say it is very helpful, Once your college was over became an alumni member as they organise lots of reunion,dinner plan ,beyond barriers etc, Senior students also helped the younger students, There was no case of ragging, As the college is totally against it.
Admission
The best of 4 subjects which i scored in class 12 i.e. 84% was the main criteria to get into this college.As i studied class 10 and 12 from the calcutta university,so the cut off was around 75% so i got cracked down easily
Faculty
Some of the faculty are very good,some are average Most of the teachers are very good.For example Late Haniff Mukherjee who was such a good teacher for Accounts.He also had written a books which was followed by all.
