Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is relevant but somewhat outdated. It is industry oriented and we'll structured, only thing is that it needs to be updated to latest. Teaching methods are good here. Curriculum is outdated but inclines towards real world applications.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure for Btech course is approx 143000 per year, semester fees are different and decreases every year starting with approx 70k for parental income above 5 lacs. Fee structure is different for other category students and whose parental income is below 5 lacs. There are various scholarships available for the students like NSP.
Campus Life
Overall experience till now is good here. All the basic facilities are available here with well structured labs equipped with all required instruments. There are 3 fests held every year which are Aavartan ( techfest) , Eclectika ( cultural fest) and samar ( sports fest). Some small fest also happen timely. All extracurricular activities are available here.
Admission
Admissions are through JEE Mains examination. One needs a decent rank to get admission into desired branches. Cutoff changes every year for all the branches starting with approx 11k rank for CSE General category.
Faculty
Faculty I find here is good but as I am in first semester now so most of the faculty is temporary here. Faculty to student ratio is around 1:90 for my batch. There are 2 exams held every year mid sem and end sem with slight difficulty. Some of the faculties are best here with highly cooperative.
Night Life
Nightlife is ok here but restriction are more here. Campus is highly secured with 24×7 protection. Campus Timings are morning 6 am till night 10 pm. There are 3 eateries available inside the campus, Gym is a bit small but is good.
