Remarks

Overall the jss is good if you wish to get a proper surrounding for your education and grooming. However placement are not that good. Also their is restriction of attendance. Sometime the college is very strict.

Course Curriculum Overview

Bachlor of technology curriculum.You have to select your branch according to which you are provided with specified course. Course duration is 4years. In 1st year course for every branch are same . From 2nd year onwards we get branch specific education.

Placement Experience

Some companies come for campus placement. However most of the students are placed off campus. No college does not provide any kind of internship. You have to find it on your own.Also , I will suggest to go for private firm for internship

College Events

Every year during March college holds it's official technical and cultural festival called zealicon. There are lots of technical and cultural events to participate or you can just enjoy the show.There is also official sports fest every year called mythri. Intercollege participation is also allowed.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As compared to normal courses like b.sc and. B.Com .B.tech is obviously expensive. But the fees is similar as compared to other b.tech college. Also you can get scholarship from up gov. or secure a fee waiver seat

Fees and Financial Aid

You can take educational loan.Also you can get scholarship from up gov. or secure a fee waiver seat which is 5% of total college seats which allows you not to pay tuition fees of the college. However college does not provide any additional scholarship from it's own side.

Campus Life

There are labs according to you branch. Also a computer lab is provided to each and every branch. The sports ground is not that big still it is okay. There is basketball and badminton feild also. You are also provided with indoor games like table tennis and chess. You can go to library which is big enough and quiet , an approximate place to study.

Alumni/Alumna

Some of the seniors are very helpful. You can get regular advise from them regarding your carrier and education. Although there is no official alumni association. But you can get in touch with them through college societies.

Admission

Through upsee entrance exam. One has to secure rank according to particular criteria to get a seat at JSSATEN in upsee entrance exam. You can also get admission through management quota but it requires more money.

Faculty

Some faculties are good. But most of the time you have study by yourself.If you are preparing for gate you should probably join a coaching for it. If you wish to learn a particular topic try to make specific projects on them

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

The RGIPT Curriculum follows the syllabus and system of IIT Kanpur, so no need to further explain. But the implementation is not up to mark as it should be. Exams are as Mid Sem and End Sem, including two quizzes per semester.

My Biggest reason to choose this subject to I like art related work,so I choose this subject. One advantage of doing this subject is that along with art,you can learn a lot from other social and cultural aspect as well. There is a need to make some improvements in this subject such a a course should be of shorter duration and the syllabus should be made a little shorter. Whatever the exam,the subject should be made a short subject with less duration and should not be of long duration.

Comapny will visit in campus after September. And here alomst 80 to 85 company visit in this college. Likes hdfc, Dabur, icici, mother dairy, wipro, Infosys and many startup companies. And almost all student got job in campus. Last year highest package is 8.5 lacs and average package is 3.5 to 4 lacs. Here almost 90-95% student placed. In starting 5-8 years I make me financially strong and learn about market and condition. After I looking for a startup.
