Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is interesting. Exams are conducted twice a semester. The correction is fair and you get the opportunity to write your paper in your own words. Answers asked for 15 marks needs to be filled with 3/4 pages wherein question asked for 8 marks needs 2 pages of Answer.
Placement Experience
Our college doesn't provide internships. We need to find one by our own self. There is a placement department but most of the internships here are unpaid. Other departments other than BMM have job placements after their third Year.
College Events
Mediatainment and SSFS are conducted by BMM department. Every year in the month of December, every department gets an opportunity to throw an event. This is a week long event where each department organise events for 2 days.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is a bit expensive but it's totally worth it. The professionalism is absolutely amazing. Even though the infrastructure is not as good as it should be. There's no AC in the classrooms but the fans work pretty well.
Fees and Financial Aid
ST/OBC etc get various scholarship opportunities. Even girls get scholarships if needed. I have no idea about any such loan facility as I have not opted for any of it. According to my knowledge, there's no such loan Facility.
Campus Life
Yes, the labs, Gymkhana are absolutely great. One can use the gymkhana if they want to. It's always open. The Labs are fully equipped and furnished. One can not have issues regarding to the labs of Patkar Varde College.
Alumni/Alumna
Absolutely helpful. You can always reach out to them if needed. They are always helpful and available. The senior students are people we can always go to if needed. They'll Always be there to help you out.
Admission
The college has now turned autonomous. The student has to submit their online Filled forms by Mumbai University. If the students gets his/her name on the merit list they can come and submit their documents along with DD.
Faculty
The faculty of every department is friendly. With a teacher, you'll also receive a friend who'll help you through everything that you face personally or in the college. The teachers in all the department are qualified and highly professional.
